The Basics: where are they from?
Both Alex and Noah are from Australia

Kale is from England but now living in Korea

Gin is from Thailand

Mark is from America but now living in Japan specifically in Miyagi Prefecture

Next is their Quirks!:

Noah - He have card manipulation, just like fire and water manipulation they can control any types of cards but they have a specific deck if card he can use for specific commands

It was shown on the few chapters they have a 'Listen' card where in if they activate that it gives him a command to listen to any conversation with another separate card.

Let's say if he were to leave a 'Listen' card from another building and they're let's say in a train station they can listen to the conversation to whoever is in that building but it were to be seen and ripped that card from that building with come back to Noah ripped apart

It can be replaced by a specific Card industry but it's disadvantage it will take a week depending on how badly it's destroyed, sure they can just make lots of individual cards but it will be a waste since each generation gets stronger making each card and deck advance

Each card is made differently and people who have this type of quirk usually take care of their deck unless they're reckless with it and will get them ruined

Gin - His quirk is already self explanatory just by its name: Electric Touch, it's similar to Kaminari and I was in rush with them but unlike Kaminari he doesn't go in "whey" mode

Like he explained the shock can reach up to 10 feet as of now, he can produce electricity by means of his fingers and hands like Kaminari

Mark - he is basically Kurapika, he can control chains and produce chain with his fingertips

The chains can be removed on his fingertips but he'll feel a bit of pain, when welding random chains that can be found into his fingertips it needs to be heat up making it painful for him

Alex - Animation, this was supposed to be the readers quirk but I made last minute changes, this quirk is similar to Momo but the catch that it has a time limitation and needs to be drawn

This quirk might seem easy to use but in Alex case it's the opposite, when using this quirk the drawing must be well drawn and must be well detailed

He have 2 options using the quirk, first his fingertips or a specially made pen that will have a sensor to his fingertips

Kale - Blood manipulation, this man is pale as snow since it's a blood type quirk

He activates his quirk by means of force, he basically force himself for the blood to go out of his fingers since his fingers have a tiny holes indicating where the threads will go out
