What's going on here" mason says clearly knowing what was happening and how he ruined it . He is routing for me and Katie , he's the only one I have told about my feelings. He always tells me how she feels the same but I'm not sure . She could have anybody she wanted , why would she want me?
Katie's POV
In bursts mason asking what happened even tho he knew full well what happened or was about to happen . "Ehh.....Nothings happening , why" I say nervously
"Because I saw you too rush in here , Liam going werewolfy and now he's all wet"
"Oh I'm ok , Katie helped me . I just needed help calming down , I didn't know what I was doing."liam said
I frowned , did he really not know what he was doing . Was it just his werewolf instinct leaning in. "I've got something to do , I'll catch you later" and I rushed out of there before they could ask any questions.
Masons pov
She rushed out before we could ask her what's wrong. "What the fuck did you do?"
I asked Liam knowing something happened
"Nothing" "I know your lying tell me what happened" "we were about to kiss , I think ." A smile grew on my face because I know they are meant to be together but non of them are willing to tell eachother they have feelings " she told me to look at her and calm down so I did and we both started to Lean in then you and your perfect timing ruined , what are you smiling about?" He asked me "I told you she likes you . Your just too much of an idiot to see it" " yeah well , thanks for ruining the moment mase. We have class any way then we have to go home so I will text her tonight" "ok" I replied even though I had a plan.
~end of the day~
Katie's pov
I get to my car and the boys are already there . Mason then says "I have something with Corey so I don't need a ride . You only have Liam to take" I know what he's doing , he's getting me and Liam alone. I love him . Remind me to thank him later. "Ok I will text you later" I then see him wink at Liam out of the corner of my eye but he doesn't know I already know what he's doing.
We get in the car and I start driving . An awkward silence fills the air . "Are we going to talk about what happened earlier" I said finally confident enough to call out my best friend " what happened earlier?" He asked acting clueless
"You know , the locker room where you went all werewolfy and then I helped you and we both started to lean in" I said focused on his blue eyes. Completely forgetting I was driving I look back at the road to see another car straight in front of us. I swerve but the car his my side sending us spinning. I try to say Liam but I start to see black.
~at the hospital~
I wake up seeing that I am in a hospital room alone . Knowing my mom is working and Scott's off at college . Soneone walks in and I see it's my mom " hey sweetie, how you feeling it was a terrible crash" remembering what I was doing when it happened I start to panic " where's Liam , please tell he he's ok" " he's ok he healed quite easily he's just got a few scratches, he was very lucky" she says even tho she knows he would heal thanks to his power. " thank god , can you get him for me" "he's just outside , he hasn't left since you got here , he hasn't been home in 3 days." "I've been asleep 3 days" "yeah , it was very bad . You've got a broken leg , 3 broken ribs and your wrist is fractured." "Oh , well can you get him for me" I say trying to sit up even tho I'm in pain.
