CRAIG POV
The worry I have for Gladis is a great deal. I don't know why? We just met. Nevermind that. Flare looked as if she lost all the excitement she kept inside her heart. I didn't know how to handle this sort of thing but, I want to try for her sake.
"Hey...." I suddenly begin holding her hand. She pulls away.
"Not now Craig." Flare walks further up towards Renae and Blake. I felt stupid but mostly hurt she didn't let me try. Renae looks at me and waits for me to catch up to her.
"So big brother what's bothering you?" Renae asks concerned. I sigh and put my hands Behind my head then I stop and put my hands down.
"Should I worry about her this much?" I say suddenly feeling the worry build.
"Oh Craig." Renae says holding her heart. She then hugs me. "It's gonna be fine ok? She's just worried about Gladis right now. Just give her time." She then looks at me. I nod and she smiles satisfied. Suddenly Renae's go huge and pushes me out the Way as a huge dagger jabs into the ground. Blake stops and looks at me.
"What the hell was that?" He Asks coming with us with flare rushing to me.
"Craig are you ok?" Flare hug's me and I hold her close.
"I'm fine. What about you?" I ask her.
"I'm ok so far."
"Look you two I acknowledge the Love reunion and everything but....we got company 2:00!" Renae Says pointing at the assassin's behind us.
"Wait.. .. Ren their mafia." Flare Says and she stands in front of me as Renae does Blake.
"Are you girls ok?" The Guy in the front says and The voice sounded familiar. Shawn.
"We're fine just leave us alone!" Flare shouts with massive aggression.
"They're your enemies."
"Traitors!" The group of people start rushing towards us.
"Mistress Renae?" Renae steps forward and to be honest what I saw next was a huge surprise.
"YOU ASS HOLES. GET THE FUCK BACK! DIDN'T THE VP'S DAUGHTER SAY IT'S FINE!" Renae shouts.
"No can do. You know how things go." The front guy Says. Renae rushes up to Him and puts a gun to his Head.
"You don't talk that way to me. You stupid bitch!" She says. "Report to my father I'm fine and I'll pay him a visit this afternoon. I have business! And if you ever talk that way to me ever again I'll blow your fuckin head off and watch The bird's eat your disgusting body and Brain pieces from the damn ground!" Renae hisses and groans in her voice. My heart gets scared because damn.
"Forgive him mistress! He's new."
"Do I look like I give a fuck?!" Renae interrupts the person .
"Uh....no ma'am sorry ma'am!" The person gets on their knees.
"Now go." Renae says and Looks at the new guy once More and peaks through his mask.
"GUYS!! GO!" She suddenly Shouts and all of a sudden gun shots were everywhere. Renae was being grabbed. Blake and I and flare run towards her.
"BLAKE HEEELLLPPPP!" Suddenly a smoke bomb was dropped and we look around blinded.
"FLARE!"I shout coughing. I hear flares screams.
"Flare!!"
"CRAIG HELP ME! OVER HERE!" I suddenly see Blake rushing out of the smoke so did I. I see the assassin's go up to the roof with both flare and sis. Blake and I both take out our gun's running opposite directions shooting at them.
"DAMN IT!" I shout upset. "FLARE I'LL SAVE YOU I PROMISE!" I shout giving her hope at least. Because right now I have no hope. Just nothing but rage. Blake looks down
"BLAKE!" Renae shouts still putting up a fight under the owners grasp .
"YOU BASTARD! YOU'LL PAY FOR THIS!" Blake shouts.
"Wait. Blake the building has back door leading to the roof." Blake looks at me with a smirk.
"Good thinking. You go I'll keep them busy"
"Ok. Be careful!" I say to him.
"Always!" Blake replies. I run towards the building hoping my flares ok. Because I don't wanna lose the only thing that has me going.
