Oli and Lacey are sitting on their couch at home, snuggling up to each other, each of them with a beer in their hand. They were enjoying the afternoon with the other BMTH boys, watching the APMA recording. They just got to the part where Oli was accepting the second award.
“Aww look at you two, kissing on stage after an emotional soppy moment, how very cliché. Not looking alternative at all, looking more main stream!” Matt N teases the couple.
“Ha-ha. Fuck off mate! I’m still bad ass and a fucking rebel!” Oli cusses at Matt N, zapping him.
“After fucking seeing that on stage, you don’t fucking scare me Oli.” Matt N laughs, along with the rest of the band.
“My intention isn’t to scare you fuck head!”
“There you go! There is the rough, rebellious, ‘I don’t give a shit’ Oli we all know!” Lee Cheers. Oli rolls his eyes, but nods his head at Lee. The room goes back to watching the TV.
“The boys are right you know?” Lacey whispers. “You don’t always appear angry, rough and ‘evil’. You’re not incapable of romance, you just show it differently. You may appear angry, rough and all that, but it’s just how people see you when really you just blatantly honest, do what you want, say what you want, and indulge in things that you love, not giving two fucks about what other people will think.”
“And sometimes, you are perfectly adept to being cliché.” Lacey chuckles.
“Yeah I know I am who I am and I accept it. It’s all part of my ‘I don’t give a fuck attitude’. But you are also not always what you appear to be.” Oli whispers back. “You can be sensitive and motherly caring. I know sometimes you want sappy, cliché and romantic, and a little bit girly. Like me, you’re not always black and white, dark and edgy, blood and gore; but I love you for it. And your still are a real punk and rebellious girl, you like what you like, and ignore what everyone else fucking thinks.”
“I love you baby, you sooo get me!” Lacey smirks
“You get me too babe and I love YOU!” Oli chuckles and plants a passionate, sexy kiss on Lacey’s lips.
