The year 1934 was a big worry to Lavion Town with at least 30 people missing a week. As for Daisy Lee, She found it interesting that every disappearance was at about 12:00-12:30AM. She had always wanted to be a detective since the age 5.. Now that the disappearances had started all over again she was desperate to try to solve the cases.
Monday, 5th of November one year later
As Daisy packed her bag for school she made a warm peanut butter and jelly sandwich and shoved it in her mouth. When she left her house she noticed a large old house standing in the middle of Stonebridge Woods not so far from her house. While taking a long glare of the house her father nudged her on the shoulder to wake her up, she pointed at the direction of the house "Dad! Look, that house over there. It might be the kidnappers hideout!" as her dad looked at the direction she was pointing at he gave her a sigh. "Well wouldn't that be odd that a kidnapper would have a hideout in the middle of plain sight? Now hurry up and get your shoes on and get in the car, we're going to be late!" Daisy rushed to her dad's white mini van and sat down. When she arrived at school she told all her friends about the house and told them about her idea. Her friend Leah agreed and said they could take a look after school the next day, Daisy shook her head excitedly and rushed outside for P.E class.
3 hours later when she was at home she told her dad that she will be coming home 2 hours after school. Her dad agreed and made her scrambled eggs and lemonade for a snack. After her meal she ran up the stairs to her mom's room to use a computer. She went to her custom google slides and added 3 more missing people to her list. She was ready to explore, she had so much evidence to discover! And she knew some clues were lurking in that house, she just knew it.
Next day: Tuesday 6th of November
After school she waited for Leah to come out of the school doors. Leah came out with a worried face. "What happend? You look like you just saw a murder." Leah went to Daisy's left ear "I think I- um, I think I failed my math test... again." Daisy wasn't in shock. She knew that Leah's math level was at second grade altho Leah was a 4th grader about to go to 5th grade. As they walked out of the parking lot and onto the playground Daisy stopped Leah from walking, "wait, lets go to the table for a second, I brought stuff for our adventure!" They sprinted to the red table, Daisy grabbed a camera, a tracker and a flashlight. "Here! Take one of each, so we both have one." "Woah- where'd you get these?" Leah asked, "Super market!" Daisy replied.
As they jumped off the chairs of the bench they ran past the school into the woods, following a trail of dirt and leaves, as they passed through some people jogging as they reached the house. They got their bags and packed their supplies in. "ready?" Daisy asked excitedly. "Of course I am!''. step by step they went into the house, pitch dark they grabbed their first tool, A flashlight. They were greeted by a gust of cold wind. They went to explore, the first odd thing they saw was the windows were covered by wood planks and loud panting could be heard. Daisy grabbed a piece of her snack and placed a piece of baloney on the floor, she placed her camera down next to it to record what the panting noises were made from. They stepped out of the house for 15 minutes and peeked in. The baloney was gone. They checked the footage and saw a bull dog, he was skinny and had no tail, he also looked like he was wimping like he was hurt. They ignored the dog and went up the stairs. She saw a moving shadow inside one door of a locked room. She wanted to see what it was so she setted her spare phone onto call and made a video tape. She played the videotape and hid a camera in some books. She went in the house this time without Leah because Leah had to go to her house. She ignored the camera and noticed the door was opened. She opened the door to see 5 people wrapped up with rope. She recognized them, Some of the missing people!
She wrapped them and led them out of the house questioning them one by one. Calling the police she brought the men to her house. Daisies father was shocked to see what he was seeing. The police arrived at Daisy's house and questioned the men about who or what took them. They explained how an old man with brown hair took them to the old house. Lil Daisy was so proud of her discovery and went to the old house again to see shadows of a man or woman again. She stepped into one r0om and saw a paper. She flashed her flashlight onto the paper and read "run and run as fast as you can.. As he will come to you" she felt frightened of what she read and went downstairs. But it looked like she didnt move, she keeped on running down the stairs seeing the same floor, three doors, wood floor and old paintings. She felt hopeless, scared, uncomfortable and worried. After a month of endless running she stopped. Noticing a door with bright light surrounding it. She sprinted, as fast as she could to get out, she saw nothing but darkness. She woke up. This time in a bed, with pink covers. She ran out the door. The next room she went to reminded her of her moms room, she saw a computer. She ignored it. She went out that door down stairs. Seeing her kitchen. She noticed something.. She was at her house? Was this a dream? Where is she?
She paused, Seeing a man sobbing near the wooden dining table. Broken glass was scattered on the floor and everywhere was filled with junk. Daisy stood there, wondering. Isn't that.. Dad? I was missing for days, or months. Can't be that long.. Dad? Is that you? Why are you sobbing? Where is mo- she heard him mumble a name, a familiar name. She couldn't recognize it, but she knew it was someone important to her. She went close to the man, then closer, then closer. Each time being more careful. She tapped him. He didn't answer, hee just wepped. She understood the pain. She understood the guilt of losing someone. Like they could still be there. I couldn't do anything for Cassidy. She was there laughing a second ago, and now drowning with tears in the cold deep river. Getting pulled away with the current, hitting every branch of fallen tree branches that once grew long and healthy, and now getting wet and tired, too tired to move. To save itself from the currant. Too weak to try to stop itself from falling into the river. I cried. I cried like I lost my family just seeing her. I could have saved her. It was my fault I didn't reach my hand for hers. It's my fault I didn't go after her, I just sat. watching her in tears. Seeing her desperately trying to swim back, to find me. She's gone. And it's all my fault. Daisy walked to the front door, looking for her school she ran to her backyard and grabbed her bike. As she started to ride to the nearby school. She saw no car driving though the gravel roads and all the shops having the same light-up sign saying "Come Back Later". as she rides across the meddows filled with cows she aproches her "school" parking lot. She looked around. she saw pieses of bricks scatterd on the stone hard dirt and rock . HEr school wasnt there. She looked up, seeing the pail sky. she looked back down to her bike and rode back to her house. halfway there she glances at her sisters made up playground. Made from wood and plastic conbined to make a slide, but Daisy saw a shadow of someone,
