-He has what is known as 'Ice Scales' it basically means he was born with too much ice which led to hypo being extremelly dangerous to others
- radiates a cold chill to anyone near him
-dragons who have fire scales may touch him but only for a short period of time
-IF a normal dragon does make contact with his scales ice will start to form on the area where they have made contact with him
-although being dangerous he's a cinnamon roll with anxiety🤗
