This chapter happened before Jimin got hurt in the last chapter :(( it happened after he told gguk to not follow him he went looking for him. It's like a filler chapter ;)) I went back and edited the spot where this took place in the previous chapter.

*Minor warning self harm. Parental abuse*

Jeongguk went straight home after Jimin told him to not follow. He was deeply hurt, why would the smaller be so rude about it. The urge was there, the one that he tried so hard to steer away from. But it haunts his body, it's like he is addicted. The pain it's like ecstasy to his skin.

His mother was not in the house, or so it seemed whenever he walked in. He did not hear a single sound coming from anywhere, and he was the smallest but relieved. He still wasn't sure if the woman was home or not so he tiptoed up the stairs. Once he got to his room and walked in it was dark. He had no windows present of course, in a way It was like a prison.

When he turned the light on he was startled as his mother was sitting on his bed. She was awake, and disgustingly left alcohol bottles all around his room. "You didn't come home" the woman seemed at least half sober. She probably ran out of the substances, which in his opinion is worse than when she is drunk.

"I was at a friends" he was still standing by the door, jeon didn't know what to expect from his mother. "Who? That boy you brought here?" She seemed to be angry, but was trying to hold it in. "No, I was with him. But not at his house" she laughed causing jeongguk to flinch. "Excuses, just tell me you fucked him already"

Anger boiled through his body from what his mother said. His eyes teared up. "NO I DIDN'T , HE ISN'T LIKE THAT  PLUS I THINK I LOVE HIM" he bursted out without being able to keep it inside. The woman stood up and approached him. Her right hand came acrosss his left cheek. "DONT EVER TALK TO ME LIKE THAT" she spat harshly.

" you think your grown now huh" the woman walked over to her pile of alcoholic beverages and with great force was throwing them at jeon. Many of them actually did hit him, hard, breaking against his skull. He began to cry, his head was pounding with every bottle thrown at him.

The woman left him to cry when she had broken everything she had around her. His head hurt so bad, and getting up seemed like it was going to be a problem. He crawled his way to the bathroom, his eye was swollen shut . It seemed like she was aiming for his eye, she was trying her best to hurt him.

He grabbed ahold of the sink and pulled his body up off the floor. The small dirty mirror revealed his swollen, and purple eye. He also had small cuts all over his body. It kind of looked like he got attacked by a cat, or maybe a dog. His sigh was loud, it was the same old all the time. His mother my be drunk all the time, but she is not stupid.

The reason she does things like this is so it doesn't look like she is in any way hurting him. The boy lowered himself back down onto the floor. The only person who could make him feel better is Jimin. But it seemed like the smaller did not want him around all the sudden. Jeongguk remembered the piece of glass he had hidden, that hasn't been used in about a week. It was the longest he went without hurting himself.

He was going to do it. It has been so long he was forgetting the ecstasy of the item piercing his skin, while his thick red blood poured out from his wrist. He went ahead and grabbed the sharp clear piece and positioned himself back to the place he was sitting. His head was still pounding and his messed up eye looked terrible. But he had no intention of cleaning it up.

The glass was pressed against his skin, but was going nowhere. His mind wanted to do it, so badly, but his heart wouldn't let him. Anytime he put the blade deeper to make a clean cut , his heart was aching. Flashbacks of Jimin were coming over him. When they cuddled, when he helped jeon get dressed, when he was there in the rain. Jeon couldn't do it. It was to much pain to bear, yet the small,er didn't want him around.
