Chapter 6 - The Hermit (Part 2)

I was running back to the house to try and talk to Tohka and explain to her properly back in the city. I finally made it back and quickly rushed inside to see if she returned home or not and... she did. I can see her shoes at the front door. I was thinking that she was probably in her room. So, I go upstairs and head to Tohka's door. I try to open but it seems that she locked herself in her room. I then begin to knock at her door.

(Y/N)-"Tohka, could you let me in?" I say to her, but I wasn't getting a response back. I knock again. "Tohka, come on! I want to explain what happen back there!" Then, I hear a big bang from her room that scare the crap out of me.

Tohka-"Just leave me alone! And besides, why don't you got talk to your new girlfriend...!?" I then sigh outside her door. There was no way that I am going to get a response from her.

(Y/N)-'I should probably leave her alone for a little while and let her calm down, after when I find Yoshinon.' I then leave the house I go back into the city to see if I can find her.

Tohka's POV

I was hugging my knees as I was sitting on my bed, still mad about what saw with (Y/N) and that... girl." I then started to get this weird feeling in my heart. What is this? Why am I feeling this way? I then hear a knock at my door.

Tohka-"I told you, (Y/N)! leave me alone!" I say as I am still upset with him after what happened earlier. But the voice from the other side of my door wasn't (Y/N). It was Reine.

Reine-"Tohka, it's just me. Mind if I come in?" She said as she was standing outside my door. I sigh as I get off my bed and head towards my door to unlock it for Reine.

Tohka-"W-What are you even doing here?" I say to her as I was still annoyed as she was still giving me that same face expression.

Reine-"Let's go somewhere else and talk, Tohka. What do you want to eat...?" She said as I perk my head up a little, as she mentions food.

Tohka-"A-Anything... I guess..." I say in a shy tone.

Reine-"I'll order, let's go." She says as she gestures me to follow her to a restaurant so I can eat. I stand up from my bed and I start to follow her into the city.

Timeskip: 20 minutes later

It took us about twenty minutes to go where we were going, but we finally made it. I follow her inside and we spot the first table that we saw and head towards the table to take our seats. As we sat down, I saw one of the waitresses approach our table.

Waitress-"Hello there, may I take your order?" She says to the both of us. Reine looks at me.

Reine-"What do you want to eat, Tohka?" She says to me as I pick up my menu. I take a good look at it and try to think what to eat.

Tohka-"I think I'll take everything on the menu?" I said as I look up at the waitress who had shocked look on her face.

Waitress-"A-are you sure that's what you want...? If it is, it will take a while to make..." I nod my head at her. "O-Okay then... will get onto it right away then." She said as she rushes back into the kitchen. I then hear Reine speak up.

Reine-"I'll get right to the point here, Tohka. You've been really irritated lately..." As she said that, I pull an annoyed look at her. "Please tell me what's going on? Although if I had to take a wild guess, it's about (Y/N) and that little girl." I gave her a surprised look.

Tohka-"N-No... no, you're wrong! This has nothing to wit-" She then cuts me off, not letting me finish my sentence.

Reine-"Oh... I just assumed he was the cause of it." I just stare at her, knowing that she was right. I then get irritated again and start pulling onto my hair. After that, I look down. Not making any eye contact with Reine.
