CHAPTER 19 ( New Beginning )

When I slowly opened my eyes, I saw a bright rays from the lights and the sound of raindrops on the window. The rain was heavy.

I try to wake up from this unknown mattress but I feel so much pain on my back. All what I could remember, I got a double shot on my shoulder and back from Kai , who pointed his gun to Jennie.

I groan and saw Rosé and Eomma come in.

“Don't move too much Lisa”, said Eomma while stroke my hair softly.

I smile weakly and look at Cheang.

“Chong-ah”

She sigh and sit beside me.

“How do you feel now? Everything okay?”, she asked.

I nodded and smiled.

“My baby girl so brave enough, the doctor said you need to stay here for 2 weeks more , and you need to follow undergo for some tests to recovery okay Lalisa?”, said Eomma while smile at me.

“Okay Eomma”, I smiled.

I was shirtless due the wrap on around my body.

2:00 AM
I can't sleep well , the pain really cause me to lay properly. Chaeng also here to accompany me and she's already sleeping after having a dinner.

I staring at the rain and deep into my thoughts.

“Did she really love him? Why she slapped me just because of him? is what i did is wrong? Or.. maybe only me being stupid just because too deeply in love with her and she's not?”, I speak in my mind without realized about my tears already falls.

“Its must be so hard to you right Lisayah?”

I shook and look at Rosé who wrap her body in a blanket and sip her coffee. I don't know where it is come from.

“Ain't are you sleeping before ?”, I asked.

“Not really, I'm worried about you so much”

She replied while staring at my face.

“Dont worry about me, I'm fine, just go to sle---

“Did you really love her Lisayah?”

I shook look at her and slowly look down.

“No”, I replied.

“Then why you always take a risk for her? Even your life!”, she shouted.

“You didn't understand it Chong-ah”,

“What do mean by that? You know , I almost lost you just because of her!!”, she shout slightly with tears fall on her cheeks.

Yeah, she's really love me more than what others people do.

“I a-almost l-llost you Lisayah”,

“I-im s-sorry Chaeyoung”,

“Stop being stupid to someone who couldn't ever appreciate you! Stop! I hate to see you being hurting”, she stand up and about to go out.

I hold her hand and pull her into my hug slowly.

“I will try my best to forget about her, I'm not promise... but I will”

I replied with my slow tone.

It's already one month ago since the accident, the company was take over by Jackson. It's feeling good to having a long rest time, I just spend time on Eomma Resto with my Chong-ah.

“Cheang, I think I want to start open my own cafe”, I spoke.
