So...I never actually ended up doing track. Me and Jacob just went to Lanie and Kenzie's performances and games. Sophomore and freshman year were like bullets...they were painful but went by really fast. Summer was only a month away, and that was all I could think about.
There is this play that the performing arts center put on every two years at the beginning of the school year and let me just tell you that it was the biggest play in the state! It was what I looked forward to my whole life.
Summer went by pretty slowly actually...which is good! Most of the time we were either at my house or just hanging out in the park. We went to like 3 concerts that summer, so that was fun too. We went to quite a few festivals and fairs as well!
Lanie went on vacation the last two weeks of summer vacation, and Jacob went to his grandmas house for three weeks, so for the last few weeks of summer vacay, it was just me and Kenzie. Which was totally awesome, don't get me wrong! She stayed at my house for a week straight and all we really did was eat, sleep, talk, repeat. What else right?
Jacob and Lanie finally got back after seeming like a year that they had been gone. We all got to spend our last day of summer together, so that was better than nothing. And then...back to school it was.
Walking up to the highschool for the third time was a real happy moment...not. The hell hole was back for more! I swore that it was going to eat us alive one of those days. Pulling open the double glassed doors...again...just to walk into a MAD HOUSE!
Bathroom breaks were my relief from life. Even though the class rooms were somewhat quiet, it was still filled with disgusting tension. I could feel it crawling up my back most days!
Anyway...auditions for the play were coming up, and I was more exited than ever! All I had to do was live for another two weeks and then auditions would come-a-nockin' at my door! XD
