Hermione's POV
Malfoy had done exactly as told so my plan was coming along greatly. But I needed one more pawn. Ginny Weasley. I know Ginny would do anything for me. Even kill. I walked to the girls' dorms and put on my best pity face. I noticed Ginny was up reading a book with a candle. "Gin can you come down to the common room I'd like to talk to you." I said softly.
I sat in the common room bouncing my knee up and down until Ginny came down. "You wanted to talk to me Mione?" She asked. "Yes." I said slowly. "I've been keeping something from you and you are probably going to hate me after I tell you this." I sad cautiously. I pulled up my sleeve and the dark mark was revealed to her. "I'm Voldemort's daughter." I said. "Wh-what?" She asked looking me in the eye nervously.
Ginny's POV
I simply stared at her. The room was silent except the crackling of the fire. "Please tell me that's fake." I said. She shook her head. I can't believe this I am best friends with the daughter of a killer. "Hermione no." I said as I felt tears welling up in my eyes. "Ginny I'm not my father." She said. "I don't even.." I said as I turned and stared at the fire.
"I need your help Ginny." She said. "Anything." I said slowly. I would do anything for Hermione even kill. She was my best friend and even though I didn't want to know the thing she wanted me to do I asked "What is it?". She smiled at me and then pulled back down her sleeve. "I need your help to kill my father." She said.
"Its not possible Hermione. Harry couldn't kill him." I said. "Harry hasn't been trying!" She said as she increased her voice. "He doesn't have connections like I do and he doesn't have the information." She said. I chuckled. "I mean bloody hell Hermione. I'm only fifteen and you want me to help you kill a psychopathic killer." I said to her as I took a deep breath.
"I'm not one for cheesy speeches but I'll die trying to kill him." She said. "What did he even do to you? Not the wizarding world you." I asked. "Well..." She started.
Hermione's POV
Flashback : Age 7
"Oww!" I cried out. "Lexi stop it!" I shouted at my childhood best friend. She hit me again. I cried and ran off in the park. A bald headed man approached me. "What's wrong little girl?" He asked. "My friend Lexi hit me." I whined. "Didn't you hit her back?" He asked. I shook my head. "Get her to come over here." He said. I nodded and ran off to get Lexi.
As I came running back with Lexi I saw the man with what looked like a wand from television. "Here she is." I said. "Crucio." He said. Lexi fell on the floor crying in pain. "This is revenge." He said. And not even feeling pity for my friend I smiled.
"There was some dark part of me, and now I know where it's blossomed from." I sad with a sigh.
