the baynard family was just like you're own. they were so loving and cared about you like you were their own kid. you and jerry have been dating for only a few months now. but, you spent lots of time with them. you loved spending christmas with them especially.

"come y/n we're opening presents!", jerry said while leading you to the baynard living room. there were lots of presents for you and jerry's many siblings. you looked in awe at the decorated living room. you looked at jerry with excitement. jerry leaded you to sit down on the couch with his parents. he then handed out presents. his family got you a book to add to your overflowing collection.
jerry walked over to you and gave you a red box with a gold ribbon wrapped around it. you looked at the box with curiosity. you thought, ~what could it be?~. you ripped open the box and found a heart locket. it was gold and perfectly fit you're style.
"oh my gosh, jerry! it's beautiful!", you said excitedly. he took the locket from you and put it around your neck. he stepped back and took your beauty all in. he walked towards you, leaning in and kissing you gently. you kissed him back blushing hardly. you both pulled away remembering that you weren't alone. you smiled while handing jerry his present. he opened it slowly.
"a new sweater! i love it! thank you so much, babe!", he said. he came and hugged you. the hug lasted for not a long time but it was warm.
you looked around the room and saw how happy everyone was. you were so glad to be here tonight.
suddenly, you felt someone pull you into the kitchen. it was your boyfriend, jerry. "what's up?", you asked. "dance with me!". you quickly put your arms around his neck. he put his arms around your waist, holding you close. you both swayed in circles across the kitchen.
you were so happy with jerry. whenever you were with him, you wouldn't think about anything else in the world. just your future with him. you couldn't wait to spend the rest of your life with him.
