these are my favorite lgbtqia+ books that are mostly boyxboy or slash HOWEVER they are not all bxb because there are some non-binary characters so please be respectful

yes. yes. yes. this book is incredible. first of all, it is a superhero story. second of all, it is actually a super-villain story because it is told from the perspective of the villain. that alone sold me on the book : ) it is also complex in a very simplistic way (j don't know how else to explain it). it is just beautiful. i have always loved bxb books where the romance is just something that happens to be there, but isn't necessary to the beauty of the book. there isn't angst over whether or not they are gay. the focus isn't on a struggle to come to terms with sexuality. they just are, but it isn't all that they are nor is it the main focus. and i think that is really beautiful in its own right.
