Til Death Do Us Part

Chapter 3

{𝗅𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖾𝗇 𝗍𝗈 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝗏𝗂𝖽𝖾𝗈 𝗐𝗁𝗂𝗅𝖾𝗌𝗍 𝗋𝖾𝖺𝖽𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗍𝗁𝗂𝗌 𝖼𝗁𝖺𝗉𝗍𝖾𝗋}

I looked down at the light-brown haired girl, she was scared out of her mind.

"Awww, why's the puppy so sad?" I said putting a pout on my face.

"Y-your Yashiro right? A-Amane's friend?"

My eyes dulled at the word 'friends'. "Did I say you could speak?" I slammed the heel of my shoe down on her ankle, which cause her to yelp in pain.

"I-I'm sorry! What do you want from me!?" She tried to crawl away but I grabbed her hair and yanked her back to the floor.

"What do I want?" I laughed at the irony.
"What I want is for you to, dun dun Dunn!"

"...die." A smile was plastered on my face as I watched how the girls expression changed as she realized that she was truly going to die.

"Shh... don't scream" I placed my finger over her mouth.

I toyed with her. For the past half hour, this girl was my toy. We could have had more fun if it wasn't for the fact that she had died so quickly.

"You weren't as fun as I thought you would have been" I moved the hair that was in her face and tucked it behind her ear.

"I'm sorry, I didn't have a choice." My plain expression was once again on my face. I didn't have any reason to be happy today.

Before I left, I placed her body in a flower bed. Soon after ran began to fall, the small drops of water gathering in her hair then lead to small amounts of water trickling from her hair to her face. The clear, pure rainfall turned red at the touch of her skin. The water was no longer something that brought prosperity, but instead, sorrow.

Once I got home, I got into the shower to wash away any blood that had gotten me. I watched as the water hit my body, turning red as it trailed down me onto the floor. That's when I heard my front door open and slam shut.

"Nene?" It was my mother.

I  quickly got out of the shower and got dressed. I opened the bathroom door to see my mother packing a bag of clothes. I grabbed my hair brush and started to brush my hair.

"Where are you going?" I questioned as my mother continued to pack.

"I'm going to stay with your aunt for a while..  just until your fathers funeral"

I don't know what I expected her to say but that wasn't it. I just simply nodded and said 'ok' then walked to my room. As I laid on my bed I started to think about that girl and the look on her face as I-

Ring ring ring

My phone started to ring, It was my friend Kou who was calling.

Nene: "Hello?"

Kou: "hey Senpai!"

Yashiro: " what's up Kou?"

Kou: "I was wondering if you wanted to hang out tomorrow?"

Yashiro: "sure, but do what?"

Kou: "I was thinking we could go watch a movie"

Yashiro: "Sure! I'm looking forward to it!"

Kou: "okay! I'll see you tomorrow"

Yashiro: "bye!"

Beep!

Kou hung up, leaving me with nothing to do once again. I figured I would just pick out my outfit for tomorrow. I ended up picking a blue long sleeve dress that had fringes at the top of it. After I picked out my outfit I went back to laying in my bed. I watched an American crime show called Criminal Minds until I fell asleep.

{The next morning}

I got dressed at about 10:35am to go and meet up with kou. I looked at my appearance in the mirror before heading out the door.

"Hey Senpai!"

It was kou. You see, the thing about kou id that he used to have the biggest crush on me. But I'm not worried about that because he's dating Mitsuba now, and they are so freaking cute together!

"Since the movie isn't for an hour, do you want to get some ice cream first?"

"Sure!" Kou sounded equally excited as me.

Amane's POV

I was going to visit Yashiro this morning but I heard her on the phone talking to this boy she's friends with named kou. I don't like Kou in the slightest but he makes Yashiro happy so I leave him alone. I saw Yashiro walk out of her house, but I hid behind a bush so she wasn't able to find me. Yashiro looks super cute today, like normal. If I'm being honest, I'm jealous that she dresses up for somebody other then me. I decided I'd just go and hangout in the park near here until night fall.
