Chennai Central Jail!

The jailor was on rounds to see what the prisoners were doing in each cell...

He went to a particular cell and found a guy sleeping. Furious, the jailor poured a bucket of water in his face. It is our hero of the story, Sathya!

Sathya: Sorry sir...I'm so sorry! I got tired...

Jailor: Being a criminal, you are peacefully sleeping! I'll kill you if you repeat it...(he threatened him and left)

Sathya's POV
I'm in this jail for 12 days....the life here is miserable! Even imagining this kinda hell is painful. After being here I got to realise how much of a monster I was! I shouldn't have done that. Some called me a psycho, and that was right. My life is all over...just over! Since I'm away from my family, my dudes Tarun and Adhi visit me often here. They are the only relief to my pain in this hell.

Twelve Days Ago

Tarun and Adhi were having lunch in Sathya's house.

Adhi: Geek, where shall we go today?

Sathya: I can't decide da...my life is on another route.

Tarun: Appadi enna da pollaatha route uh?
(What kind of route?)

Sathya: There lives a sweet in my opposite flat da...

Tarun and Adhi: OMG! Loves ah?? Yen da munnadi sollave illa?
(You're in love? Why didn't you tell us before?)

Sathya: Just to surprise you guys...ithula chorus la kelvi vera! (You're asking it in chorus!)

Tarun: It didn't seem like a surprise da...

Sathya: But you guys got shocked la?

Adhi: Yeah, it was a shock that a "geek" is in love!

Sathya: Aandava! 🤦‍♂️ (God!)

Tarun: Just for fun only. What's her name?

Sathya: I'm not saying anything....
(He went to the room)

They found Sathya styling his hair.

Adhi: Geek, what are you doing?

Sathya: Paatha theriyala? (Don't you know?)

Tarun: You've already styled your hair 30 mins ago, remember?

Sathya: I don't know all those..I'm gonna see her.

Adhi: Dei, at least tell her name man!

Sathya: You guess it...I told it's a sweet.

Tarun held Adhi's shoulder and they started guessing names of sweets..

Tarun: Kaju katli, kesari, mysorepa, laddu...

Adhi: Burfi, badusha, basundi, palgova...
