Vol.4 part, 3: Two Steps Forward, Three From Hell.

3rd POV.
Schnee Manor, Atlas.

Weiss holds Myrtenaster in front of her face, before stabbing her rapier into the floor creating a summoning glyph in front of her as the Arma Gigas' sword begins to slowly emerge, Weiss concentrates on summoning as a voice from the door interrupts her.

Whitley: "Hello, sister."

He says while leaning against the door frame as the sword shatters and disappears, Weiss' glyph fading shortly after.

Weiss: "Ugh. Leave.

Whitley: "How hurtful. And here I am, about to offer you a favor. Father's taking me to town to introduce me to some of his business partners. I'd thought I'd see if you wanted me to pick up anything since you're... well, stuck here."

Weiss: "Are you jealous? Is that it?"

Whitley: "What ever do you mean?"

Weiss: "Is that why you hate me? Are you jealous of my abilities? Of Winter's?"

Whitley:*Stepping out of the doorway* "Hmm... no, not really. Honestly, I find it barbaric. It's beneath people like me. Like Father. What can a single Huntsman possibly do that an army cannot? That's why we have one, even if it is run by a fool."

Weiss: "I said, leave."

Whitley: "Fine, fine. I've got better things to do. Enjoy your... training, however pointless it is."

As he leaves the room, Whitley turns back to Weiss.

Whitley: "What is your plan, anyway? What do you hope to accomplish while trapped in your own bedroom?"

Jack slams the door on Whitley smiling while doing so, Weiss sighs in relief before resuming her summoning position.

As a black glyph appears again, Weiss looks at a portrait of the Arma Gigas' on the wall. Repeating the same twirl and stab, the glyph beginning to glow brighter and spin faster.

Making a nearby bookshelf shake as the room was consumed by a bright white light, bursting the window outward as the light fades, Naomi smiles in amazement at the sight in front of her, before Klein rushes urgently into the room.

Klein: "Miss Schnee! Are you alright?!"

The butler's eyes widen while looking amazed, Weiss smiles at him as she turns back to the successfully summoned Arma Gigas'.

Weiss: "Yes."

The Arma Gigas' takes a knee in front of Weiss as she looks out the window.

Weiss: "Klein, I need a favor."

Klein nods determinedly.

Anima Forests.
Same time.

(Y/n) and Jaune carry Qrow on a makeshift stretcher with Ruby following beside as Ren leads them down the path while Nora brings up the rear.

Ruby: "Just hold on, Uncle Qrow."

Qrow:*Mumbling* "Tai. She's not... coming... Tai."

Talking to himself, before coughing repeatedly and grunting in pain.

Jaune: "He's getting worse."

Ruby: "How much farther?"

Nora: "We've gotta be close."

Ren: "Without a map, there's no way of knowing. But I feel like we're close to something."

Ren stops and holsters Stormflower.

Ruby: "What is it?"

Directly ahead is a forked road with a signpost of the directions of nearby settlements, coming from the direction of Higanbana, Mistral and Kuchinashi leading up the mountain. A crossed out sign reading 'Kuroyuri' points down the left path.
