Sweet dreams

Evangeline began to walk along the streets of New Orleans begrudgingly. The corset around her was extremely constricting and left her little room to move. Being confined into the corset made her career all the more difficult and although she hated it, she knew that women were almost forced to wear such things if they did not want trouble.

"Rats." Evan mumbled to herself, her hands falling to her sides as her shoe practically dipped right into a puddle.

She then felt her vision darken, until she couldn't see anything at all and a firm set of hands placed themself on her face.

"Guess who it is." the voice spoke cheerfully, Evangeline's heart beginning to race.

"I'm going to say it's... the most beautiful woman on the planet. Except me of course." Evan joked with a smirk playing at her lips.

"Incorrect." The woman removed her hands from the Thériot girls face and stood in front of her. "It's just me."

"My favorite person." Evan smiled before quickly scanning the area. Nobody was around, or so she thought so, she pressed a quick kiss against the woman's lips.

"Wake up, Eve." Rebekah said with a smile on her face, the brunette's face turning inward in confusion.

"Eve?" Evangeline raised a brow.

"Wake up!" Beks yelled, shaking Evan back and forth as if she was a rag doll.

Evangeline jolted up from the bed and looked around the room till her eyes met with Ivy's.

"We are going to be late for school, idiot. Why are you not up?" she asked with a giggle.

"Just dreaming I guess." Evangeline bit her lower lip as she remembered the year her memory was from.

1916.
