My Noona (Kim Minju X M Reader)

Chapter 4

The next day, Sang-Nam woke up in his bed. "Huh? Why happened last night? I thought I ... saw him ...." He sees Minju sleeping peacefully in her own bed. "Hmm, I guess I kinda survived the move night. But the guy I saw while on the bus... It's him, isn't it? His face, I won't ever forget it."

Then he gets flashbacks to the night when his parents were killed. He remembers the shock and fear he felt as his parents' cold bodies were lying on the ground and blood coming out. And him being left in shock and crawling to his parents' bodies. It was a traumatic event that he could never forget.

Feeling a little unwell, Sang-Nam decided to continue sleeping. Soon, after a while, Minju woke up. First thing she did was to check up on Sang-Nam, she sees him sweating. Alarmed, she put her hand on his forehead, "Oh my, it's very warm"

She quickly got out of the room and rushed to the kitchen, took some medicine and a cup of water. "Sang-Nam, wake up. Take some medicine before you  continue sleeping."

"Hmm? What's wrong noona?" Coughing a little as he finished his sentence. Eating the bitter medicine, he was feeling hungry and asked Minju whether there's any food. "Noona... Is there any food. I'm hungry." "I will go and cook a bowl of porridge for you then." Minju said as she helped Y/n drink some water.

"Huh !?! You are going to cook ???" Sang-Nam said weakly in shock. "Yea, u liked my cooking right" Minju then walked out after patting Sang-Nam's head. 'Aish, she going to cook again? Last time she cooked. The fried rice was tasteless and the soup was salty. Had to drink so much water that time' Sang-Nam recalled the last experience.

As Minju arrived in the kitchen, she begins to prepare to cook a tasty porridge meal for Sang-Nam. "Hmm some rice and water. Hmm, some fish and eggs. This should be correct" Minju was feeling proud of herself as she was stirring the porridge.

Then she wonders what would she have to tell him if she ask whether the guy who they see in the bus stop is actually the one who shot his parents. She sighed and guessed she will cross the bridge when she comes to it.

One hour later,
"Oh wow, what is this smell. It smells nice" Minju's mom coming out to prepare and cook the family's  breakfast. After Minju told her about sick Sang-Nam and she cooking for him. Minju's mom told her to hurry and don't keep Sang-Nam waiting while telling her that she will prepare another breakfast too.

"Sang-Nam!!! Here comes the porridge prepared with love." Minju sits on the bed and helped Y/n to sit up and then feed him. "I can eat myself, noona, I'm not a baby..." "No, let me feed you, you are sick."
To Sang-Nam, Minju looked like an angel who is taking care of him right now. Minju continued feeding Sang-Nam when he suddenly asked about the guy again.

"The guy that I saw yesterday... Was he the shooter? Is he... Is he still alive?" Sang-Nam found it hard to say, swallowing his own saliva mid sentence. " I think you seen wrongly. He is already punished by the law, remember? We talked about this years ago" Minju lied, she felt bad lying. But it's for his good, she thought.

"Maybe I was in shock, and I see wrongly cause of that..." Sang-Nam thought. Minju nodded, agreeing to him. "You must really like this porridge, you keep eating it non-stop" Minju said, happy that Sang-Nam is enjoying the porridge. If only she knew that this porridge is tasteless.

Soon, the porridge is finished. And Minju was about to walk out when Sang-Nam called her. "Noona...." "Hmm?" "Come nearer to me." Minju walk nearer to him when he asks for a hug. "You want a hug?" "Yesss" Y/n said cutely.

Minju then hugged him and said "Sleep and get well soon, little kid" Y/n scoffed and then continued sleeping.

As Minju arrived in the kitchen, she was greeted by the two adults having breakfast on the table. "Hey my daughter, good morning! How was the movie last night?" Her dad asked.
