When the World Hurts is all about these 6 kids start realizing how much the world can hurt you this Summer. They all have secrets and are trying not to let them get out. One of their friends however found that he had cancer 2 years ago and all of them have been shaken up a bit but they're used to the feeling by now. But if bad things happen in life can they all still be there for each other and if secrets get out will they still remain friends? I guess we'll just have to figure that out.
