"Thanks for having me and Sarah over, Jeffrey!" I hugged him.
"No problem! We should do it again sometime," Jeffrey told me, hugging me back and kissing my cheek.
"Ok, text me. Bye!" I waved, heading out the door with Sarah.
"That was sooo fun!" Sarah exclaimed, skipping down the street to my house.
"I know right!" I skipped after her, trying to catch up.
"Do you want to do something tonight? Since its a Friday and all," Sarah suggested.
"I'm sorry I have plans," I replied, lying. I didn't actually have plans, I just wanted to spend time alone.
Later that day I decided to head out to the mall.
I put on my converse and grabbed my purse from my bedroom and ran down the stairs.
"Bye, mom! I'll text you when I'm done," I screamed up the stairs, looking in the mirror near the front door to see if my hair looked fine.
"Alright sweetie," she replied, tossing down the house keys down the stairs because she is going out with my dad later tonight.
I walked a few blocks to the center of town. All worn out, I walked into the mall.
Surprisingly, there was barely anyone in the mall which was good.
I walked around to so many stores, but found nothing. I started to head back towards the entrance of the mall, disappointed by the lack of clothes there.
I was walking to the exit when I saw something...
