I was walking home to unpack when Jeffrey texted me saying, 'Hey! its Jeffrey(:'. I replied with a winky face.

*LATER THAT DAY*

"Molly! We are leaving for the picnic in 10 minutes!" My dad called from downstairs.

"Ugh ok! I need to finish getting ready!" I called back, ignoring the fact that I have a lot to do and to be honest, I didn't even start getting ready yet!

I quickly did my hair and make-up and ran downstairs.

"Are you ready to leave?" My mom asked me from the kitchen, making my favorite desert to the picnic!

"Yeah." I replied walking over to the living room to get my phone, then to the front door to put on my converse.

"Let's go!" My dad enthusiastically said, walking to the front door as well, followed by my mom. "So, Molly. Mr. And Mrs. Miller have a son named Jeffrey. I think you two will get along well!"

"We've already met. But yeah he's awesome!" I said, walking backwards so I can face my parents.

"Oh! When did you guys meet?" My mom asked, excited to find me already having a friend in the first 4 hours we've move here.

"Well, one, when I went on the walk earlier, and two, he is kind of a famous person..." I said. I explained how and why he is famous.

"Sounds awesome!" My mom exclaimed, "You two should do some duets together! You are both amazing singers!"

Ok, let's just say I used to sing. But I really messed up at one of the talent shows at my old school... So I gave up on it. I was super embarrassed and I never wanted to sing again. It was one of the worst days ever.

"Mom. I'm not singing again!" I screamed, half punching her, "I messed up and I'm not taking the chance again."

We arrived at the park and we all sat down and greeted each other. Mine and Jeffrey's family became great friends.
