Josh and I backed away from the hug and smiled at each other. I looked over at Jaden and he had his phone out recording.
y/n - "JADEN!" i yelled
JA - "what it was cute" he shrugged
I gave him my "you better run look"
JA - "oh no." he started running
I kneeled down near Loki.
y/n - "stay here with Mr. Josh, okay?" i told her
L - "okay mommy!" she laughed
I took a deep breath
y/n - "COME HERE JADEN!" i yelled running after him
SWITCH POV
Josh POV
We pulled away from the hug and smiled at each other.
God how i missed that smile.
y/n looked over at Jaden causing me to look over to see Jaden had his phone out recording.
y/n - "JADEN!" y/n yelled
JA - "what it was cute" Jaden shrugged "oh no." he started running
y/n - "stay here with Mr. Josh, okay?" y/n told Loki
L - "okay mommy!" Loki laughed
y/n - "COME HERE JADEN!" y/n yelled running after him
I laughed and knelt down near Loki.
J - "hey little lady" i said "want to watch TV?" i asked
L - "sure" she said and skipped towards the couch
I laughed and followed her to the couch.
After a few minutes of watching the TV i hear the front door open. I turn around and its Nessa.
NE - "hey baby!" She yelled walking in
J - "hey" i said unenthusiastically 
NE - "whose the kid?" Nessa asked
J - "Ness lighten up its just a old friend of mines daughter, shes a teen mom, and is kind of busy chasing Jaden around right now" I laughed as you could hear Jaden yelling help
NE - "ew she is a teen mom, how irresponsible" Nessa scoffed
Right when she said that y/n walked in the room. I knew she heard it but she still was nice to her.
y/n - "hey, im y/n nice to meet you" she smiled and put out her hand
NE - "hi, Nessa Barrett" Nessa said shaking
y/n's hand with a fake smile
I can feel y/n's energy shift as she heard that name.
y/n - "who do you know here?" y/n asked
NE - "Josh actually" she paused "he's my boyfriend" she smiled
y/n looked at me
y/n - "oh wow, um-" she paused and cleared her throat (something she used to always do when she felt anxious) "thats awesome, you guys are so cute together" she smiled looking back at Nessa
y/n - "Loki, come on baby, we are going to go on a car ride with Jay." y/n reached her hand out for Loki to take
L - "JAY JAY!" Loki yelled taking y/n's hand and skipping away
Before y/n left she looked back,
y/n - "oh yea, it was nice to meet you today Josh" She smiled
'Nice to meet you'?! she knows me though?!
SWITCH POV
y/n POV
I saw a girl talking to Josh, i didn't think much of it and walked into the room.
??? - "ew she is a teen mom, how irresponsible" she scoffed
who is this girl? and why is she talking about me like that?! IN FRONT OF MY CHILD!
i decided to stop this and walked further into the room making it noticeable i was there.
y/n - "hey, im y/n nice to meet you" i smiled and put out my hand for the girl to shake
??? - "hi, Nessa Barrett" She said shaking my hand
My emotions kind of shifted at that name, but i didn't show it. So this is the girl he cheated on me with? wow, she is pretty! I started to get anxious, but decided to play dumb.
y/n - "who do you know here?" i asked
NE - "Josh actually" Nessa paused "he's my boyfriend" she smiled at me with almost a 'haha i got him' smile
i looked at Josh
y/n - "oh wow, um-" I paused shifting my weight from one foot to the other and clearing my throat (something i always do when i'm anxious) "thats awesome, you guys are so cute together" I said looking back at Nessa
y/n - "Loki, come on baby, we are going to go on a car ride with Jay." I said reaching my hand out waiting for Loki and wanting to just leave
L - "JAY JAY!" Loki yelled taking my hand and skipping by my side
Before I left I looked back at Josh, I was so jealous (not sure why tho i mean he left me) and mad i decided to say,
y/n - "oh yea, it was nice to meet you today Josh" I smiled and walked out of the house.
We got in Jadens car and i put Loki on my lap as she didn't have a carseat.
JA - "hey y/n, you okay?" Jaden asked putting his hand on my thigh
What can i say Jaden was my best friend, he can tell if somethings wrong.
y/n - "i met Nessa" i frowned
JA - "oh.. come here" he pulled me into a half hug as Loki was on my lap. "i'm sorry"
y/n - "its okay lets just go" i weakly smiled
Jaden pulled out of the driveway and turned on the radio.
"Dance Monkey" by Tones and I started to play and i looked at Loki with a huge excited smile on her face
I tapped Jaden on the arm
y/n - "Jaden watch" i pointed to Loki "Loki want to sing pretty for Jay?" I asked her, her smile grew even bigger and she started to sing every word as me and Jaden sat there smiling.

a/n - looks like y/n met Nessa.. also NO HATE TO NESSA OR MADS but they may be portrayed as bad in this story but i'm sure they aren't in real life. also DM or comment your ideas! kinda having writers block rn so lmk!!! just remember your beautiful and IM SO PROUD OF YOU xoxo 💋
