Kylie's POV

I woke up and everything was black.

I couldn't see.

I couldn't open my eyes.

I couldn't move.

But I could hear the sound of crying coming from beside me.

"Kylie please wake up, I need you. I never realised how much I loved you until I saw you get hit by that car. Your my whole world. Without you I won't have a reason to live anymore. Please, please, please wake up. I love you so much. From the moment I saw you standing in the doorway of my house I new you were the one for me. I've never told anyone this before but I wanted to ask you out right their and then. I can't help but blame this all on me. If I had been by your side, none of this would have happened. I'm so sorry Kylie, please forgive me."

I felt the hand slip away and walk out the door.

I instantly knew that it was hayes.

How could he think this was his fault. It was mine. If I hadn't of ran across the road without looking, I wouldn't be here right now. How can I be so stupid. I risked my whole life. I was knocked out of my thoughts by someone else coming in the room. The footsteps were so little you could barely here them.

SKYLYNN!

"Hi Kylie. You have been in a coma for two weeks. Hayes told me what that means and I really hope you wake up. I miss playing horsies with you. Hayes hasn't come out of his room or talked to anyone since you left. The only time he comes out is when he visits you. Today before he left I asked him if I could come and see you as well. He said yes! He is outside crying, telling himself it's all his fault. Nobody will tell me why your here though. All they say is you will wake up soon and everything will go back to normal. When you wake up, can you tell my why your here? Mommy told me that when someone is in a coma they can hear you. So Kylie, if you can here me, please wake up. I really miss you."

I felt a pair of little lips kiss my forehead, then jump of the bed. I'm trying to wake up, but I don't know how. I hear someone walk in the room one last time. I feel a pair of soft lips on mine that I have grown to know so well.

Hayes.

"Please wake up Kylie, I love you so much." Then he left without saying another word.

I promise, I'm trying.
