Chapter 1 - Year 1

          "Y/N, wake up, it's your first day at Hogwarts!" Said Narcissa Malfoy. "Put on the black robe and tie and i will meet you downstairs for breakfast, hurry please."

It was 6am in the morning and nearly the whole of Malfoy Manor was awake. I've lived here my whole life, i'm not quite sure what happened to my father, but everyone just keeps telling me he will return soon. So since he disappeared, the Malfoy family has been looking after me.

I put on my white shirt along with a black pleated skirt, and added the black tie.

"Morning Y/N" Said Lucius Malfoy.

"Morning..." i replied as i sat down at the table and started to eat my food.

"Draco and Y/N i just need to go over the plan once more with you both." Said Lucius.

Me and Draco are like siblings but we don't spend much time together. He usually spends time with his mother on trips, or in his room alone.

"We know we know, i need make friends with Potter for some reason. And Y/N needs to make sure she makes friends with who ever Potter decides to hang around with? Got that Riddle?"

"Mhm. What's so special about this Potter kid anyway?" i said continuing to eat my breakfast.

         "I'm afraid i can't tell you too much Y/N, but this plan has been thought about for years. And it all starts with you both making friends with him." Said Lucius "Now both go get your trunks and get Dobby to carry them downstairs for you."

"Come on, i'll make sure you've both got everything." Said Narcissa.

I followed her up the huge stairs and in to my bedroom.

"Right, Wand?, Books?, Y/P/N"? i'm sure that's all you need."

"I've got all of that" I said. I closed my trunk and then heard a knock at my door.

"Dobby here to carry trunks downstairs Miss Riddle." Said Dobby. I opened my door but saw Draco carrying his trunk downstairs. I always knew he loved dobby really. Although he serves the Malfoys, Draco treats him well.

"It's okay Dobby, i've got it, But you can carry Y/P/N for me!" I said. Dobby hates himself if we don't let him do jobs. It's sad really.

"Y/N don't be stupid, let the elf carry it!" she took the trunk out of my hand and threw it at him. I followed them downstairs.

As me and Draco stood at the door, Lucius looked at us both. "Remember the plan." He said with a stern tone.

"Yes father." Said Draco as i nodded my head.

"Riddle?" He said.

"Yes Mr Malfoy." I replied.

"Now we will see you at Christmas! Goodbye children."

As we arrived at Kings Cross station, Draco and I ran through the wall between platforms nine and ten to get our selfs to platform nine and three quarters.

When we got on the train we sat in our own carriage just the two of us, but Draco fell asleep ten minutes into the journey. In the carriage next to ours, there was two boys. One with ginger hair and a chubby face, and one with dark brown hair and glasses. After a moment, i only just realised that it was Harry Potter.

"Draco, Draco wake up!" i said kicking his leg.

"Ow, what?" He said with a look of disgust on his face.

"Look, it's Harry." I said looking over at the two boys eating a whole load of sweets that they brought from the trolley.

"Looks like you've got to befriend the ginge." he said laughing.

"Oh god or this brunette girl." I said smiling. A small brown haired girl was stood talking to the boys in the doorway of their carriage.

"I'm Hermione Granger, and, you are?" She said.

"Ron Weasley." The ginger boy replied.

After moments of talking she sat down and took out her wand.

"You think that will be their friendship group?" i asked Draco.

"Doubt it, no one actually wants to be his friend. Father told me he will be like a celebrity at Hogwarts for the next week or two, but everyone will forgot about him i bet."

"Maybe.." i said. "Come on, we're here. Remember to talk to Harry."

As the train stopped the doors opened and all of the first years where greeted by a extremely tall man, with a scruffy beard and brown clothing. And he led us down to the boats.

From the view of the boats Hogwarts looked amazing, but the Malfoys always told me not to get attached as one day it won't be there...
