-part 15- Forever & Always

Once class ended keith got up and walked out with everyone, wishing the teacher a goodnight and walked home. It was dark out by now and the stars where out. He looked up at the stars in aw by their beauty as he walked to his dorm and thought about all the star gazing he could of done with lance of he hadn't left. Keith sighed once he got into the building and walked up the stairs, feeling a little more anxious the closer he got.

Lance laying in his room thinking about Keith and wondered if he found Allura, if he told her. She hasn't called him like normal so he only assumed.

Keith stood in front if the door and took a deep breath as he stuck the key into the key hole and turned it. He opened the door with his books in one hand and a pack of ramen noodles he got from his car when he was walking to the buildings. He walked in and closed the door but his foot.

Lance got up and said, "there let me take these" and gestured towards the ramen noodles. Keith nodded his head and gave them to him. Lance set them down and Keith set his books on his bed. Lance asked, "want me to make the ramen while you get ready for bed and put stuff up?" Keith looked over in shock, being surprised on how nice lance was being. "That would be... Nice, thanks" he said smiling.

Lance smiled back and stated to open the ramen and make some for them. While he did that keith hopped into a shower. Now they were fortunate enough to get a dorm with a bathroom in it. There where two sinks right next to each other and one stand up shower, then the toilet had a door you closed once you walked in.

Keith finished and got out, getting dressed and walked out to see lance setting keiths cup of noodles in his bed side. Keith smiled and sat down on his bed and grabbed the roman and started to eat, as did lance. "T-thanks lance" Keith said hesitantly. Lance looked up as he put noodles in his mouth. He hummed as to say hold on and once he finished that bite he said, "no problem" and continued to eat. Keith looked over at him a few time. The quite room felt like it was crushing him so he spoke, "sorry about earlier" "no you have every right to be mad, but i just got lost in the moment its just been so long and" "and you missed me" keith chuckled cutting lance off. "More then you understand, more then i can express into words."

Keith felt is heart drop, he loved him... He knew it was wrong. He KNEW that Allura cared for him but he didnt care, lance was his. He was his first. To keith it didnt mater who lance liked, loved, dated, married, or had kids with, at the end of the day he had him first, and he would NEVER stop loving him.

Keith smiled and said, "yea same, we have alot to catch up on huh?" With a checky smile. Lance laughed and said "yea, yea we definitely do." And smiled back. They stayed there like that, looking at each other softly, both thinking the same thing but neither wanting to make the first move in fear. Both knowing it was wrong, both knowing it wouldn't work, both knowing they would hurt each other.

Lance got up and put his cup of noodles down, "lance..." Keith muttered softly. Keith was positive he knew what he was going to do, "we cant Allura-" lance bent down and hugged keith, "just a hug, i just missed you"

Keith was surprised at first but put his cup down and hugged lance back, "same, you have no idea" Keith said witch in response made lance pull away and move Keith's feet, "what are you?" Lance then ran behind keith and pulled him back, "What are you doing! That tickles" he said starting laugh. Lance got in front of the bed and pulled Keith by his feet, making him lay down witch made keith yip in surprise.

Lance crawled into the bed and lied down next to keith and held his arms out, "lanc-?" "Cuddles" lance said cutting off keith.

Keith looked confused at first and lance just hoped that he was going to be ok with it. Keith smiled and said, "you could of just said that you dork" and cuddled into lance.

Lance ran his fingers through Keith's slightly damp hair and down his back sending chills down Keith's body. Keith hummed and nuzzled into lance chest, "you missed me didn't you?" Lance laughed, "like i said, you have no idea."

Lance smiled and pulled away a little, and looked down at keith, "hey mullet,  look at me." Keith was hesitant but look up, "y-yea?" He asked slightly above a whisper. Lance smiled and put his hand on his check running it back and forth. Keith leaned into his touch and smiled closing his eyes. Lance smiled even more wanting to kiss Keith untill he could breath anymore but instead kissed his forehead. Keith chuckled and slowly opened his eyes. Lance look at them, remembering how beautiful they looked and thinking about all the years he cried thinking he'd never see them again. He thought about how amazing he felt with Keith "can i kiss you?" Lance said the words soft.

It took Keith aback and ge went to say something before lance said "oh im sorry i didnt mean to say that just thinking out loud haha, ignore that i just-" and he was cut off by a finger to the lips and a "shhhh, listen I'd love to but your dating someone and i still need to lean to trust you like i used to, give me time ok?" He said and smiled. Lance smiled back and said "ok, ill wait for you, forever" keith smiled "forever and always?" And held up his pinky,

"Forever and always"
