Are you a multi-tasker? I certainly am. I often find myself doing three or four different tasks at one time, while simultaneously thinking about two or three other tasks that I want to do next. Honestly, this is not a particularly successful mindset for me and often leads to overwhelm and burnout rather than success.
If 2020 has taught me nothing else, it has taught me that it is important to focus on one thing at a time if I want that thing to be successful. Tied to this lesson is the lesson that I need to listen when my heart and soul are telling me to slow down and let the world go at its own pace without attempting to match it.
