Jiah was rejoicing. She was told that she would be moving into a new dorm with her 9 new brothers and she couldn't have been more ecstatic about it. Jiah didn't mind the female trainee dorm, she ignored all the bitchy girls and just listened to her music, practising small segments of dances in her room but now she would be with her newfound family and Jiah was glad. This way they could get closer as a family. She packed her small amount of clothes and grabbed her bundle of scrunchies before putting them in a shoe for safekeeping during travel and she tried to grab all 9 of her plushies, putting them in different places.
As she left she bumped into Felix who had also been carrying plushies and they both dropped some. 'Oi! Dingo! You made me drop MOOMIN!!!!' She huffed as he smiled at her before frowning at the sight of his plushie on the floor.
'Well, you made me drop my Ryan plush so we are equal!' He countered
Jiah just sighed and nodded at his statement before picking up the fallen stuffies. She looked at the lift and then at Felix before coming up with a plan.
'If I put my stuff down and help you load the lift with your stuff, will you then come back down and help with mine?'
Her Australian counterpart nodded and so Jiah reluctantly put her babies and suitcase down to help Felix load the Elevator with his things. He waved when the door was shut and Jiah leant against the wall out of breath from helping Felix lug all his stuff to the lift. She waited patiently for him to return and when he did, they repeated the process with all her stuff, Felix was entrusted to carry her Moomin and Snorkmaiden plush, but not without a threat of, 'If you so much as get a bit of dust on the I will not hesitate to kick your ass.'
Jiah was lucky that when she and her luggage came up through the lift, the other boys had arrived so they all took something to lighten her load causing her to beam at them. All her stuff was out into the living room before they sorted out bed spacings. Jiah was set to share with Felix as he has known her the longest.
It wasn't long before the snacks were raided. Chan's mum had sent some from Australia and those not familiar with them were excited to try them, Jiah especially. Whilst they munched, Chan squeaked his rubber ducky and sang but he was cut off by Jiah shoving food in his mouth. It wasn't that she wanted him to stop, in actual fact she had never heard the song and wanted to learn it, but Chan had yet to have some of the snacks and she wanted him to eat some before the other vultures ate them all.
They finally decided to start putting together the furniture and get food so they split into teams. Jiah, Minho, Changbin and Hyunjin were supposed to go shopping but Jiah complained. She wanted to help build the furniture. She felt offended when Woojin had basically said she couldn't help them as she was female. 'Nothing against you but we want it done quickly so it would be easier for you to go shopping for food.'
She refused and to prove her point that she could do it, so when the shopping team left with the list of food, she grabbed a bed and a mattress and carried them to her room before setting about her task. The others offered to help but she denied the help as she was capable of putting together the bed. She followed the instructions and soon enough her bed was made, sheets and all in half the time it took the boys to build one and boy did she gloat that fact.
The shopping team was thoroughly surprised at what the others had achieved or lack of as they had yet to finish what they were doing and Jiah took the shopping bags to help organise the groceries in the kitchen. That night they all had learnt that Jiah was more than capable when she told the shopping team what had happened when they were gone. Jiah stood in the kitchen doorway but made no move to help cook. It was in their best interest if she didn't help if they wanted something edible. Jiah may be female but she can't cook as the stereotype suggests.
It wasn't long before all 10 of them were gathered around an empty box. Jiah was situated between Felix and Jeongin. The dinner that the shopping team had cooked looked delicious and she couldn't wait to dig in. Chan dished out equal serving to everyone and they all tucked in. Everyone applauded when it was finished. All 10 of them had achieved a lot that day and Jiah was tired. She was leant against Felix and was falling asleep as the others talked to the camera. She was shaken awake to head to bed and she headed there. She didn't climb into bed nor get changed into her pj's but rather she flopped onto it and fell straight asleep again. All in all a great first day as a family.
