Trying to move on

Chapter 3

Ruby's P.O.V

I started to walk up to him when Micheal and Kylie held me back, as I screamed at him. He was the reason my uncle was gone. The reason I no longer have any family left, I refuse to go back to those bastard that left me. He finally realized that Rulph was indeed my "father" and I was his daughter. Without having any trouble, I pushed Kylie and Micheal off of me no problem and walked into the woods, about a mile away i changed into my wolf. She need to be let out and run, we haven't ran since his death. Which was about 5 days ago. I miss him terrible. I hate that he killed him in fornt of me.

~Flash Back~

I was running through the woods, I got a call that a younger pup got caught in a trap. Since I was near by I was closer and could help them escape. I got near the pup and trap. It was a 6 year old girl, she was hurt and crying, the trap was cover in silver, I changed back and grabbed the claws, not caring that it's burning my hands at the moment. The second there was enough room for her to move her foot, she did out it came and i relized the trap. I check her ankle, it's swollen and red. I changed back and had to climb onto my back, I was about to head back when a rouge came out of no where and beared it's teeth at us, slowing its body. I growled showing off my large k-9's and crouched, no wanting to hurt the child on my back since she already hurt. "I'm about a mile and half near Silence Moon's pack, I have the girl but now I'm stuck with a rouge, please come asap." I sent to any of my pack members, knowing my uncle would be the first to get it. I waited for it to lung or attack but nothing, it just stood their wating, I didn't hear any others, but knew some might be on the way. I heard someone howl. I knew it was Micheal. the rouge froze, looking for a way out. I stayed put since the girl was most likely scared, i started backing away from the rouge cause I saw them about 50 yards away. The rouge growled and lunged at me and the girl. I jumped to the left, and took off to the others, the girl crying and screaming. I glance back and saw the stupid idiot chasing us, i ran faster to my uncle and Micheal, "Take the girl home, her mother and the Pack doctor are waiting for you." I nodded and ran home, like he said the doctor and her mother were waiting. Her mother was about 32 years old and was small, 4'7 brown hair and green eyes. The girl took after her mother with the eyes but her hair was more honey golden color. I had to make sure that my uncle was okay, but by the time I got there, my uncle was already dead and all the remain of his killer was his scent, the scent of my mate. Alpha Jax.

I couldn't forgive me, he took him, what happened after I took that girl to the doctor that cause Jax to kill him? I need to know but I also need time to adjust to the lost of my father, both my wolf and I miss him and we'll both never forget what he had done for us both.
