Wednesday, May 15th at 6:45p.m. Roman was getting ready to leave to go to his job at Knokx Pro Wrestling Academy and he was a trainer there. JoJo ran towards him and he picked her up with a smile.
Roman: Hey, baby girl, what is it?
Joelle: I'm worried about you and mommy. I know what mommy did to you was wrong, but can't you forgive her, daddy?
Roman: Baby girl, there is nothin' that you need to worry about. It's hard to forgive mommy, right now, but I'm tryin'. I'm tryna forgive her for me, so, that way, I can move on past this.
Joelle: She said that you were talkin' about a divorce.
Roman: If it leads to that, then, yes, we will get a divorce, but we're gonna work it out, first.
Joelle: What does cheatin' on another person means?
Roman: It means, if a woman's gotta boyfriend or husband, and she's messin' around with another man, that's cheatin'. That's what your mother did, but I don't want you to do that when you get married or have a boyfriend, no matter how hard the situation is.
Joelle: I promise, but you won't get a divorce because of me, right?
Roman: Right, me and your mother are never gettin' divorce.
Joelle: I love you, daddy.
Roman: I love you, too, baby girl.
He kissed her head and they held onto each other. Roman walked out of the bedroom and went downstairs to the living room.
Joelle: Where're you goin'?
Roman: I'm goin' to my job at Knokx Pro Wrestling Academy.
Joelle: Okay, tell Cousin Rikishi I said hey, and that he needs to come visit us.
Roman: I will.
Joelle: Can I come with you?
Roman: This Friday, I'll let you come with me, I promise.
Joelle: Pinky promise?
They locked pinkies.
Roman: Pinky promise.
Galina walked towards them and Roman gave Joelle to Galina. Galina held onto her and Roman kissed her forehead. He grabbed his car keys and Galina followed him.
Galina: I'm makin' your favorite, tonight.
Roman: I'll be back by 8. I only teach'em for an hour and a half to two hours.
Galina: Roman, can we talk, please?
Roman: Look, we can talk later, not in front of our daughter. It takes me awhile to get to Sun Valley, CA and back here. We can talk whenever I get back. I promise.
He walked out the door and closed it behind him. He locked the door and got in his car. He drove away and they watched him go.
Joelle: He's not gonna divorce you, mommy.
Galina: That's what I'm worried about, JoJo. I've done somethin' terrible that I can't take back.
Joelle: It's gonna be okay.
Joelle held onto her and Galina rubbed her hair slowly.
