Secret Romance||Kirk x Lars

First Show

On the morning of the show, Kirk woke up early. He couldn't help but feel anxious about messing up. The band's fans were going to watch him play their favourite songs, and if he didn't do well they would hate him for the rest of his career.

He tried pushing these thoughts out of his mind so he could focus on his guitar playing.

The day went by quickly and soon it was 5pm; the time the band had agreed on to meet at the venue. Kirk arrived on time but the only member who was there was Cliff.

"Oh hey!" Cliff said as Kirk quietly walked in.

"Hey" Kirk replied.

They talked about their plans for the show and Kirk slowly became less anxious. About 10 minutes later, James stumbled in, followed by Lars.   

Cliff looked up at James with a disappointed look on his face and said "What the hell James! You need to stop getting drunk right before our shows!"

"I'm sorry but I was bored and had nothing to do"

"This is getting unacceptable! We had to get rid of Dave because of his drinking problems. We don't want to see you go too"

"Dude chill. Fuck! I've had enough of all this drama!" Lars shouted "Let's just get ready for this show and play some damn music!"

Night came, and the band were playing their songs infront of their loyal fans. Kirk had played the songs confidently and was happy about himself. There was an energy in the room that made them feel alive.

Lars had been right behind Kirk the whole night. He noticed how his dark, curly hair fell over his brown eyes. There was something about this new guitarist that just drew Lars to him. He didn't know what was happening but he couldn't stop thinking about him.

The time for Kirk's guitar solo came. Lars carefully watched as his fingers ran up and down the guitar's neck. He admired the way he played so gracefully. He then watched Kirk lift his guitar above the crowd.

Suddenly, a couple of their fans grabbed the guitar and aggressively pulled it out of Kirk's hands. He stood there shocked and helpless at first but then laughed and smiled at the crowd. Lars couldn't help but think about how cute his dorky smile was. He could see that Kirk was confused and had no idea what to do next.

Then, a crew member came out from the back and jumped into the crowd. He managed to get the guitar back after a few moments of pulling and fighting with the group that had stolen it. Kirk was able to continue playing his solo more amazing than before. He looked at the crowd again with that smile Lars loved and then the rest of the band joined in to play more of their songs.

The crowd roared as the band came to the end of the show. They thanked the fans who had spent their money to see them do what they loved.

James, Lars, Cliff and Kirk went backstage. They were all glad that the show went well and laughed about Kirk's incident.
