- Some that play this game do sometimes mention difficulty waking up, or being woken from, the dreamlike state induced during the game.
- During your venture, you may come across some doors that are locked and or barred. Check to see if you have a key. If not, that's perfectly fine; everyone has inner turmoil they do not want to face.
- Some things you will see will not make sense to you, they may seem nonsensical; but keep them in mind for later, it may make sense soon.
- I couldn't find a set reason why, but it is heavily recommended that if you find yourself in a room filled with old women or any form of clock, to exit immediately.
- In some instances, black doors are dangerous.
- Remember to relax, let the person helping you be your guide.
- Before beginning, make sure you're very aware of your appearance. Your hair, face, clothes, what is inside of your pockets, what your skin feels like- Everything about you.

1. In a room, dim the lights. [Light candles too, if you wish]
2. Set an alarm for an hour from when you begin. [With more experience, no alarm is needed]
3. Begin recording on your device.
4. Lay your head, face up, on a pillow- The pillow should be placed in a friend's lap.
5. Close your eyes. Your friend should then begin gently rubbing your temples in slow, circular movements.
6. Once he/she/they have decided that you seem relaxed enough, they will/should say:"You are at one end of a very long corridor. There are numerous doors on both sides, spanning the entire length. I want you to explore these doors and the rooms behind them. Describe what you see, hear, touch and feel in great detail."
7. Pay attention to doors before you open them, they will hint at what lies beyond them. If the door is in any way damaged or imperfect, or if the handle is extremely frigid or hot; perhaps its for the best you avoid it. Trust your instincts. If you feel weary or threatened- DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR.
8. Explore the lengths of your mind.
9. When the alarm rings, your friend (or friends) should S L O W L Y guide you back to your reality, making sure that the corridor recedes around and behind you, and that all doors closed.
10. Turn off the device you were recording on.
11. Play as often as you feel, in later sessions with more experience, the alarm may be unnecessary- As your friends will be able to tell when you need to return. Don't worry if this doesn't work the first time, it may take many tries to get you appropriately relaxed.

I've personally never played this game before, but it does seem very interesting. I would like to, if I get the chance, but as of yet I haven't tried to. I recommend this if you're looking for a way to bond with close friends or family.
We started out with a safe one.
