. . .

"Suspended, are you kidding me?" as soon as we walked through the door, her voice raised, closing the door behind us, it was only mid-noon and she reeked of booze.

Lucy stood by my side, already knowing what was gonna happen next. Aria is pretty or use to be before the drugs. I can see where we are related but it never felt close, her eyes were brown and mine were hazel almost green. She was blonde and im a brunnet.

I'd always had questions.

She walk towards me, and my eyes glance at the band wrapped around her arm, a needle was on the table. Just sad.

"Don't tell me that drug just gave you some magical power to care?" I crossed my hands over my chest, tilting my head looking at her, she could barely stand.

"Why do you have to be just like them," She walked towards me, inches near my face. I was puzzled everything she says is like a wisk of words I could never put together.

I'm smart trust me, my GPA and IQ tell you I was telling the truth. But she was like a mage who would send you on this quest to find the true meaning of her words. Which were never less useless.

"Just like who ma, don't get quiet now," I could feel Lucy's glare on the side of my cheek which made the tension in the room thickened.

She stepped back like she was rethinking her choice of words, we were all puzzled at this moment. Inhaling deeply looking into her dilated eyes, I try so hard to read her maybe to see if it's the drugs talking or if she hates me.

I think it's both honestly.

I didn't know how much force even drugged up she had put into a smack, Strucking me I stumbled back feeling the blood leak from my lip. Lucy gripped my shoulder holding me back, I didnt even say anything!

Even so, I pulled a bloody toothy grin looking at her. She shook her head, blonde mattered hair swaying as she leans down to me, her eyes widen for just a second it might have been the drugs or maybe memory.

She whispered, "You're just like your father, those killer eyes,"

She stumbled back away from us, taking a beer muttering words in a different language. Romanian maybe, I was familiar with she would speak to us in that language, I couldn't gather what language it was even now.

Lucy and I were familiar with foreign languages; Russian, Italian, Spanish, Greek, and many more so my head feels like it was overloaded. Henry taught us so many I couldn't gather why so many late nights at home studying went back to him letting him know we mastered the languages.

"You good?" Lucy asked, she was walking back to me with an ice packet, still a grin on my lips I nodded my head.

"God, you're fucking crazy," She pulled me over to the couch, looking up to her brown eyes I dropped my head letting out a small laugh.
