I had the chance to get to know everyone a little bit more. I was on the couch with nightmare on my lap taking a nap. I was looking threw the channels on the TV to see if there was anything interesting on. I ran into Gnomeo and Juliet,one of my favorite movies. I turned the volume up and drank from a juice box the kids gave me before leaving. "Harumi" called out Optimus. I pause the movie and turn around to look at him. "Yes?" I responded with curiosity. "we will be right back, ratchet is going to stay with you so you won't be lonely, we need to talk to someone about something really important" he said as he walked up next to me.
"Oh that's all right I don't mind" I responded with a smile on my face. He gave me a nod in response and left with the others. I look over at ratchet who's at his computer. He looked back at me and I gave him a smile. He didn't say or do anything he just went back to his computer. I thought nothing of it and just continued watching my movie. A couple minutes past when I realized that ratchet was gone. I looked around the room to see no sign of him, I get really nervous when I'm by myself I called out his name but nothing at this point I was fighting back the tears.
I called out for him again but still no answer. I started crying and Nightmare tried to make me feel better but it wasn't really working. That's when I hear someone come up behind me. I looked up to see ratchet with a concerned yet annoyed expression on his face. "Why are you crying?"he asked."I-I t-thought you l-left me" I look up to see his face soften a little. He pick me up from the couch. I had no clue what he was planning but I'm glad that he didn't leave me. "I'll let you stick around with me if you don't touch anything got that?" He asked as he put me down near his giant computer. I nodded and looked at what he was doing.
I looked at some of the the tools he had and they reminded me a lot of Drake's tools that he used. He was very scary, venom has told me a lot of scary stories about him and how he almost killed a guy named Eddie Brock. I'm just glad that he's not here with us but I am worried that Riot might come back.
"Kid don't start over thinking again, you know I killed both of them, if they were back did come back he would be looking for us now but I just don't think he's alive"
"How can you be so sure V I mean what if he's stalking us right now?"
"Kid look in the bright side you got these bad ass robots to take care of you plus you don't have to be with your so-called parents"
"I mean you do have a point but still I don't want you to get hurt, I don't want us to get hurt"
"Kid hakuna matata"
"Haha very funny"
"I know I'm absolutely hilarious"
"Anyway why does ratchet have the same tools as Drake but bigger"
"Honestly I don't want to know but can we get something to eat I'm hungry"
"You're always hungry"
"Well not my fault I have a really big appetite"
"What did you guys even eat at your planet before you guys discovered us or we discovered you or whatever you know what I mean"
"Actually I can't remember it's been a while"
"Aha all right whether you say"
"Uhh Harumi who are you talking too?" Asked ratchet. "U-uh no one!" I replied as a nervously giggle. I forgot that ratchet was here. I could tell he didn't believe me but just shrug it off and went back to his work. That was a close one. A couple minutes pass and we hear trucks driving in from the tunnel. I get excited and walk well more like ran to the stairs. They transformed back into their robot modes. I quickly give each of them a hug on their leg(?). " I missed you guys!" I said. "~awww we missed you too~" I giggled as bee patted my head.
"Harumi, we got something to tell you" I looked at Optimus while tilting my head to the side a little like a lost puppy. " We told agent Fowler about you and we have agreed that....." I looked 10x more confused. "That me and arcee will become your new parents" he said with a small smile on his face. I froze, "w-wait your a-adopting m-me.......?" I look up at all of them. "Yes arcee will be your new mother, I will be your new father, and bumblebee will be older brother" I felt tears roll down my cheeks as I heard those words. I tried my best to not cry but sadly failed.
"T-thank you" I tried my best to hug all three of them. But they ended up turning their holoforms on. " I love you mommy,daddy and big brother" I said as I cried on all three of them. I was happy to finally be in a real family. "~alright time to decide who is gonna be you uncle and grampa~" I looked over at ratchet and smiled. " I want ratchet to be grampa, and bulky to be my cool uncle!" I said. "WHY DO I HAVE TO BE THE GRAMPA!?" we laughed as ratchet kept complaining about him being the grampa.
