The three of us went to the cafe together , dan interlocked my hands with his and a sweet sensation travels pass me .

We got our food and head to the table behind the leafy plam . I sat facing the sink with dan beside me as emily sat opposite me ,

We were silent , not like the usual , dan and i always have something to talk about comparing our grades or snogging of talking about our shared hobby of books or music or sometimes even about the fair rides amd we would go and take on the rides after school . But now , deafening and urgent slience .

I decided to break the ice ," dan, this is emily . And emily, this is dan ." The both of them shake hands and smiled at each other after my brief introduction. But emily decided to continue on , to my delight . I have no idea how to break the news to both of them .

" hi, i have the sign of emerald and i love to paint amd draw .you ?" She said politely . I turned to look at dan , shock and surprise past through his cute face and he turns to look at me . As he can tell, or not, i am crushed . How could he lie to me ? I trusted him with my life .

" quaint , but i have the sign of emerald too. " he whispered . Now, emily is taken aback . Shock registers through her face as she stumbled to say " no way ,you're lying ." ," i really have the sign of emerald ." He said it with such conviction and come on , i am his girlfriend , surely i trust him, right ?

  But no ,I am confused , truly confused . I guess there is only one way to find out . I am going to ask my mum or the king .

We ate out lunch in slients then broke up for our next lesson . Or at least my next lesson. Emily and dann could just go home now . **

Water lesson is conducted by the king in the royal palace . Despite being here a month , the grandness of the palaces never fails to get me excited and go " wow!" Or starstruck . I head to the beach that the king owns .

" cassie, great to see you again . Today we will be learning the transfer of water to another fairy ." I nodded and smiled politely . Water lessons are great fun and i have learnted a whole lot of tricks .

But i have a burning question and i have to ask . So i pluck up the courage withen me and open my mouth
