I walked into the grand part of the castle . A totally different world from the prison i just came out from

The guards of the palace knew me by now . They have a good impression of me , from the  tea i give them everysingle time i visit . I smiled as they open the door for me . They knew i was not having any lesson today but  still let me in .

I walked in the corridors , the wooden floors creaked and the chanderliers hung above me swung slightly .  It Might be my imagination  or not, i am so confused , so dizzy . I  have no idea what i am doing . The king that have sort of become my "dad" and i cannot believe that i am  going to start a debate or even a fight with my 'dad' , i always wanted a dad   .

I knock politely on the grand doors  as two guards usher me in and  announced me.

This is a catastrophe , a crazy catastrophe .

" cassie . What are you doing here ?! " he said , outraged .  " ohh... that ." He snapped . Reading my thoughts , at least i do not have to spill those words out .

" yes. I am here to speak to you about that . " i hasitate as i spoke . I tried to held my head up but it just won't stay .  

He let out a laugh . " cassie,  do you know you have saved fairyland . By noticing and letting him being caught by us, you have saved us from the threat of wizards that has been lingering around . I am one step closer to catching his father ,  jade's so called love . I am going to tear him like how he tore my jade ." He said , tone raising as he speaks .  I nodded . Acknowledgingthe fact that yes , the incident saved fairyland  but i am selfish  . I want dan . Even if he is a threat , " your highness, i know you might see him as a pest or something harmful . But trust me , dan has changed . He really has . " i said , raising my tone as i spoke , tears spilling  and cheeks getting hotter .

"Cassie , you truly believe what he says ? Are you that foolish to trust that asshole ? "  he bellowed . I took a step back .        Gobsmacked.   I open my mouth to say something .  Seriously? , how do you explain love to unrelated people ?  " i know he is true to me  ." I snapped. As i looked away and held my head down .

it is the truth , why do you feel so ashamed when you say it ? Oh right , it is because you are coy and well... experiencing true love is soo magical that it is sooo hard to explain  and because maybe jade had said the same thing before and look at her , she got hurt so badly .

" HAHAHA,  you are indeed foolish . Trusting him is like telling gossiping people a secret, believe me cassie , you trust him you won't survive . Just look at my poor jade !" He bellowed .  Tears started spilling , slowly spilling faster and faster .

I do not have the heart to actually talk back . I have to compromise , dan's dad . Ed or whatever his true name has hurt jade , And i have to think for jade.

" your highness, can i be a prisoner too?" I begged . My heart ached , that is my only way to talk and spend time dan . And also ..........

To plan an escape .

"are you out of your mind ?! To be locked in a cell ?  You dumb fool ?!  That asshole is not worth your time and love ." He bellowed as he points a finger at me . No way he is going to send me to the cell.

I have to think of something , a plan to get me into the cell .

Ohhhh....... i know it . I just have to say goodbye to mum and my dear cherry .

School was kind of chaotic . I got back my history test , and it was not really up to my expectations for my history :((  but it is okayyy i tried my best ... i really hope to improve on it .

Ok enough about me and my sobsob story...

I have a new idea on a new a story coming on ... but do not worry , i will complete this book before starting on the next idea .oh yes , and if you want to know about cassie's background and her dad's history be sure to check out this chapter i will put on called " background" but if you are not really keen on knowing her past it's okayy it will not link to the upcoming chapters .anyway♡♡
