Nishinoya's Secret - Haikyuu X Yuri on Ice (discontinued)

Nikitovich Yun

Nikitovich(Nikki) Yun was born in Mordovia Russia. His cousin Yuri Plisetsky was famous in the ice skating world and when he was 3 he saw him skate once and said "I wanna do that Мама." Yurio only being 12 and bored decided to teach Nikki how to skate. By age 5 he was able to do a double toe loop and had basically masters footwork. He was also very skilled in ballet. (Yuri[o] was obviously jealous and also scared because he created a monster). By age 6, Yurio was already off practicing hard for the grand prix so he couldn't coach him, so he had yuri's old coach coach him. He entered his first competition and won first place with a score miles above the others. He trained harder and eventually did even harder jumps. By age 7 he was able to do A TRIPLE AXEL. This caught Viktor and Yuuri's attention. They asked Yurio about his prodigy cousin and he responded with "if you love him so much why don't you coach him." That's when the idea hit. They decided to coach Nikki.

For the next four years they created a bond coaching him through many wins and they evn pulled some strings so he could enter the junior grand prix early. He won the junior grand prix for two years in a row. Viktor and Yuuri were so proud, but Nikki was bored. He had basically maxed out all his skills and could perform any program, but it was so boring. One day when Nikki was 12 he saw some kids playing volleyball and he watched them. They eventually saw him and asked him if he wanted to play. He explained that he didn't know, so the taught him the basics. He loved the sport, especially receiving so he became the libero of that neighborhood team. He liked being the libero, trusted. He didn't like the spotlight anymore so he told everyone. They were supportive and even suggested he move to Japan since he was was fluent in Japanese( and also Russian, English, Thai, and Spanish). So that year he moved to Japan to play volleyball and skate as well (Yuuri and Viktor stayed with him) To fit in he changed his name to Nishinoya Yu and tried to dye his hair brown. It mostly worked, but the dye didn't stick in the front so he kept it that way.

In middle school he pretended to be dumb to fit in and got private tutoring lessons in the afternoons. He worked really hard and became a great libero and then he started at Karasuno and played with them. Our school was known as the wingless crows, but we intended to change that. That's where he met his best friend Tanaka and his  'crush' Kiyoko, but his real crush was Asahi. That's why he gets so sensitive with him (you know what I'm talking about) It was hard keeping his secrets but it was the only way to keep his peaceful life. They got a new bunch of first years and he was looking up
