Katniss POV💐
YES! Today is the day whenever and my favorite girl in the whole world gets to go shopping for my wedding dress. Peeta's going to be with Finnick picking out a tux. I can't wait for the wedding! *knocking at the door*
"Coming!" I yell running down the stairs.
I open the door and then that is when my heart stops.

I'm coming home from choosing my tux for the wedding in a couple of days. As I'm pulling up the driveway I notice that the forint door is opened. I instantly think that Katniss opened up the door and windows to either get cold air or to let smoke out of the house if she is cooking.
I walk in the door and there is no Katniss to be seen in the front room. I run upstairs.
"Katniss??" I yell "Katniss? Hello?!
I open our bedroom look around and there is no Katniss. I know she didn't run away because she would have her clothes and phone with her. What happened to her?
"Hello? Peeta... are you here?" Alyssa calls me from down stairs.
"Coming, just give me a sec."
10 seconds later I'm down stairs.
"Hey, Peeta. Have you seen or heard from Katniss?"
"No. I just got home and the door was opened and no sign of Kat."
"Ohh..." Alyssa is staring a sentence when my phone goes off.
"Hello?" I say trembly, hoping it Katniss.
"..."
No one on the line or talking.
"Hello?" I repeat louder.
"Hi...t-this is DR.Andomz. We have two people at the hospital who are seriously injured and they say they both know you. And they want to talk to you."
Katniss!!!
"Yes, I'll be over there in like 10 to 5 minuets. I promise I'll be there ASAP." I hang up the phone, shove my shoes on, tell Alyssa to hop in the car, and then rush to the hospital.
"I'm here because DR.Andomz called me." I say worried.
"Oh yes, Peeta Mellark?"
"Yes"
"Just go straight an it is the first room on your right."
"Thank you so much."
Alyssa and I literally like run to the room.
The room we walk into has a curtain and I can't see who the patient is. Then DR.Andomz walks in.
He pulls the curtain open and I see a snake person.
President Snow. The snakelike old man killer.
" Why am I here to see him? He's evil! I don't know why this child killer is the President!"
"Peeta... please calm down." Alyssa says crying.
I have calmed down and the heart rate computer catches the corner of my right eye.
Just a straight line.
He's dead.
THE OLD MAN CHILDREN KILLER IS DEAD!!!! FINALLY!!!
"Peeta?"
"Huh? Yea?"
"Yes as you can see president Snow is dead. He died 10 minutes before you got here." Says DR.Andomz.
"Where's Katniss...doctor?" Ask Alyssa terrified.
"Here, both of you come with me."
The Doctor leads us to another clients room where is see her.
"K-Katniss?" I'm so shaky now. I'm about to cry.
I'm walking around to see her face to face when I see these bruises around her eyes.
"W-what h-happened to y-"
That's when her hands have worked there way to my throat. She's pushing down on my voice box and my vision goes black.

I wake up in a hospital bed. My throat doesn't hurt and I can talk talk normally.
I jult up, "where Katniss?" I ask.
"Peeta... Katniss is fine, she just had one of those bad nightmares." Says Alyssa looking a little happy.
"I need to see her. What happened to her eyes?"
"Katniss was punched in the eye by president snow. She staved him. And now he is dead. Katniss got hit pretty hard though. She's going to be in the hospital for 4 days. You'll be here for 2."
"But, but, the wedding is in 3 days."
"It's ok we rearranged it to be on Tuesday next week."
"ok." I say and then my vision gets blurry and then pitch black.
