Losses and  Heart Aches

A couple days later

I was walking to breckfast with Draco, Katie and Blaise. Pike walked up to us and smiled, I looked at him confused. He never talked to us, or at least me. He gave me a smug grin as he cat called me"Your looking fine today y/n" he sneered. I could feel the anger radiating off of Draco, I didn't even have to look over to him.

"Thank you" I said confused and Draco scoffed.

"Can I take you to breakfast" he flirted with me. I looked at him in disbelief, I then looked over to Draco. Draco had his fists clenched and his face was red from anger. The next thing I knew the world blurred, him and Pike were on the ground, Draco threw a punch as Pike attempted to fight back.
I grabbed Draco's shoulders and tried to pull him off of Pike with the help of Blaise .
"Draco that's enough!" I snapped at him. He hesitated with one fist in the air, he slowly turned his head to look up at me. I grabbed his arm and pulled him off. I stared down at the trembling boy on the floor, he had a black eye. I quickly looked away as he stood up and scurried down the hall, Draco was going to get in so much trouble.
All of a sudden Draco's hand was wrapped around my wrist as he pulled me aside. Blaise and Katie looked at us for a second but decided to ignore Draco and me, and kept walking. I looked at him confused and angered. He pulled me down an empty hallway and pushed me into a corner. "What was that about?" I whisper-shouted at him.

"I could ask you the same thing" he snarled back.

"I'm sorry he talked to me, it's not my fault" I shouted at him.

"He was practically all over you" He yelled at me

"He didn't do anything " I yelled back, he looked at me in disbelief then disgust. Realization spread over his face, he thought I was cheating on him. I could never cheat on him, how could he think that.
He scoffed and tried to walk away but I grabbed his wrist. "Draco I did not cheat on you" I stammered, he looked at me angered.
"I didn't"

"You said it, not me" he said plainly as he tried to walk away again, this time I ran up beside him.

"Draco I did not cheat on you, how could you think that" I asked him, I was starting to get angry. How could he accuse me of something like that over something so silly. I turned him around to look at me, "Draco you can't act like this"

"Act like what? Your telling me you wouldn't be angry?" He asked me.

"I'd be angry but I wouldn't be a jerk about it" I said annoyed.

"A jerk?" He questioned.

"You started a fight over someone flirting with me" I shouted at him.

"You didn't tell him off " he yelled.

"You didn't give me a chance" I shouted back. He looked at me expressionless, I found myself sprinting down the hallway, I ran back up to the Gryffindor common room.

Later that night

I had avoided Draco all day and I was getting prettyi tired of it, Katie had asked me what happened but I didn't tell her. She pleaded all day long but I just didn't want to talk about it.
I walked down the corridor to get to the stairs so I could go to my dorm and get into bed. I'm so exhausted, I'm going straight to bed when I get back. Then I saw Blaise and Crab. They were talking to Pike. The one who started this whole fight, although it wasn't his fault, he didn't even know if me and Draco were still together. I walked up to them and stopped, standing beside Blaise and Crab. "hey" I said to all three of them.

"Hey I'm sorry about earlier" Pike said rather smugly.

"It's fine" I sighed as I looked over to Blaise.
