I turned around to see a familiar guy running towards me as he snaked his arm around my shoulder. He formed a smile on his lips, showing off his cute dimple on his cheeks.

"Good morning, idiot"

He ruffled my hair, earning a pinch from me.

"Yahh, why why why?!"

"That's for ruffling my hair, Ji Changmin! Fix it back!"

I yelled at him as he laughed at me.

One and only best friend who always with me.

We knew each other for years-- which were actually we both always sharing our secrets.

And yeah of course,

He knew my crush.

"It's Sunwoo!"

I squealed in happiness as i stared at the handsome guy.

And well,
Kim Sunwoo.
My long lasting crush.
Which is i had crush on him for 3 years already.

"Tch"

I looked at Changmin.

"Why?"

"Nothing, i just wondering how can you like him for years. Y/n-ah, just give up. he's a player, he's younger--"

"Aishh, just stop will you?"

I rolled my eyes as i walked away.

He just ruined my morning mood.

Finally, recess time.

Actually, i felt bad for being mad at Changmin earlier,but my ego was higher than usual. For sure, i totally had no idea why he is always saying something bad about Sunwoo.

Is it wrong to like someone younger than myself?

As i closed my locker, i got flabbergasted to see someone beside me, making me startled.

"Eo? Sorry, did i scare you y/n noona?"

GUYS, IT'S KIM SUNWOO I--

He nodded cutely, making my face tinted pink.

AAAAAHHHHH, HE'S TOO ADORABLE!!

"W-why Sunwoo-sshi? do you need to tell something?"

I mumbled as looked at him with curiousity while he smiled ear-to-ear.

"Date"

I gulped.

"P-Pardon?"

"Date, i want to date you. Do you want to go out with me?"

My face got blushed as i smiled shyly, nodding a yes as he gleamed.

"Okay then i'll see you at Lotte World at 3"

"Sure"

He beamed again at me as he patted on my head and walked away. I smiled like an idiot as i couldn't see him from my vision anymore.

Did my crush asked me on a date earlier?

I jumped with joy as i could saw Changmin,walking towards me as he looked at me weirdly.

"What's with that happy face huh? Did something happened?"

He asked me as i just looked at him.

"Nothing"

Third person p.o.v

Finally,
this is it.

Nervous started to engulf her as she held onto the tip of her shirt, waiting for her crush.

Where is him?

She mumbled to herself as she looked around the surroundings. Some people started to look weird at her, making her feeling uneasy.

As the time passed by, she was waiting for him for 2 hours already, leaving her with a trace of wetness around her lids.

'Aish, don't cry y/n.. he'll come, for sure'

She tried to set up her mind, telling that he'll come soon...

But,
It was useless.

And still,
She didn't give up.
She didn't want this day to be ended like this.

Ding!

She hurriedly took out her phone as he saw a message from Sunwoo.

Sorry, i have something else to do, i won't come there

And also, it's just dare.. hope you'll not fall for it😉

Then,
She felt that her heart shattered into pieces,
How sad she felt when she was being treated like this.

Suddenly, someone appeared in front of her, making she was totally shocked.

"J-Ji Changmin?"

"So, this is your new secret huh?"

Hearing those words, making she felt so bad that she finally lied to him; for the first time --- as soon, she bursted into tears. Changmin quickly grabbed her hand as he embraced her tightly.

"I-i'm sorry--"

"Shhh, it's fine"

He spoke, making her sobbed louder. He embraced her for awhile as the atmosphere became quiet. As soon, Changmin broke the silence.

"I should be sorry, i actually heard all of your convo with him and i just pretended that i don't know anything, i'm sorry y/n " he said as he caressed her hair well.

Then, he loosened the hug as he looked at her, deeply into her eyes. He cupped her face as he wiped her tears away.

"Just from now on, let me protect you from being like this again. I don't want you to get hurt"

He spoke as she nodded. He gleamed to her, embracing her again.

"I'll protect you, i promise"
