Circumstances: Josuke can allow others to see Soft and Wet though if he does it becomes visible to everyone. If Soft and Wet is used for to long it becomes visible and it's bubbles also become visible with a loss of durability.

Bubble Generation and Plunder: Soft & Wet generates star-embedded floating bubbles, which must make contact with its target to work effectively. Once a bubble has made contact with an object (Living or Nonliving) it can steal an aspect of that object and any immediate surrounding objects such as clothes. Ex: A person's sight or a flames heat. The bubbles cannot apply stolen aspects to other objects. The bubbles can also carry objects though the size of the bubble depends on the object. Objects inside the bubbles remain visible. The bubbles can only be destroyed through a decent amount of pressure.
First Bomb: The bubbles that Soft and Wet creates can be used as miniature bombs that can harm others when popped. If an item is inside the bubble when popped it will be launched at a certain velocity. The smaller the object the faster it is sent.
