(Thousands of years later)
Julu was content.
Of course nothing was ever fine, growing up with a family of Griffins. But what could you expect? Nothing was perfect.
But she could deal with it. They were a nice family after all.
"JULU!! she wipped around her head and just nearly dodged as Shurin shot past her.
Shurin was Julu's favorite griffet. He was kind, smart, funny, and playful.
"Ohhoho? You just made a biiiiig mistake, Shurin!" Julu said, jumping up and tackling him.
Yup. That's how it is. Day and night. Over and over.
Sometimes Julu wondered if there was more to her life than just this. You know, adventure. Excitment. Something that you could wake up, have a chat, and then go straight back to the adventure. That was fun.
Sometimes she wished things could be that way.
She had heard many stories about a world that was once like that. Adventure and mystery. But she knew it was very peaceful as well. She knew the world she lived in now was divided. War separated us. The mythical creatures vs. the normal creatures.
It seemed like the war was never going to stop. Julu would've expected that, though. Something about the way they were divided didn't seem natural
Almost unearthly.
She had to figure out what could've separated the groups.
And also why she was considered a mythical.
She wasn't sure why. She looked like a fox. Acted like one, too.
So why wasn't she with all the other foxes, in the normal world??
"Hey, Julu! Mom's calling us! She said that The Great Leader is going to hold another meeting with the kingdom!" Shurin said.
Julu nodded. "Be right there!" she said cheerfully.
But for some reason, she just couldn't get the thought off her mind... that maybe she wasn't a fox.
