11: Even Though Your Not Mine

Your POV:

When Itachiyama played against Shiratorizawa, I talked with Coach Washijō and his other coach on the team. The extra players int he box were close to me so I decided to introduce myself.

" Hey guys, I'm Kiko Miya! Nice to meet you." I greeted them and bowed slightly.

" Hey, I'm Semi Eita. I play setter but the 2nd year rook my spot, so I'm a pinch server. I'm a 3rd year." He explained as I laughed and smiled. I talked to Tendou who was out at the moment.

" Hey!!!! Kiko!!! Do you read Shonen Jump?" He asks as I laughed at his facial expression and nodded my head.

" Of course! I've been reading them for a while and I really like them!" I said as he jumps up and down making him taller than he already is.

" Let's trade numbers so e can talk about Shonen Jump!!!" Tendou suggested as he gave me those puppy dog eyes. Of course I have to say yes!

" I can't say no to those puppy dog eyes of yours!" I exclaimed as I laughed and he gave me his phone number real quick which I typed it in.

" Yay! Thank you!!" He cried out as I he hugged me.

" TENDOU! STOP HUGGING KIKO AND GET ON THE COURT!" Washijō shouted as he pointe to the court. Tendou immediately let go and skipped to the court and the team Libero came out.

" Hi! I'm Kiko Miya! What's your name?" I greet him and he smiled at me.

" I'm Hayato Yamagata! Libero. Your pretty cute but I know of your twin brothers from Inarizaki so I'm gonna back off but I hope we can me friends." He informed as I laughed and he laughed as well. Semi joined into the conversation and this 2nd year named Taichi Kawanishi who also joined in.

After the practice game ended, I formally met Ushijima Wakatoshi and he seems really nice, but serious. We got along well.

 " Do you play volleyball like you're older brothers?

" Duh, of course!" I giggled as he smiled a tiny tiny bit.

" I want o verse you and you're brother's sometime with Sakusa if he wants to join. We can invite other people as well to make two teams." Ushijima suggested as I happily agreed.

" Yeah! of course! I would love to play against you! I'm sure my brother's would be trilled, especially Atsumu." I exclaimed.

" We can do it during the seven day training camp in the next two weeks if we want?" Ushijima stated.

" Totally!! Ahhh I'm soo exciteddd! C-can I hug you?" I asked half giggled as I outstretched my arms towards him. He stared at me for a moment then nodded in agreement.

" Sure." He said. He bent down to me as I stood on my tippy toes and I hugged him as I put my legs around his torso. He wrapped his hands around my waist. He's so tall and big, I'm like a kola bear hanging on to a tree trunk. He's about the same height as Sakusa, so is this what it feels like when I hug a tall person like Ushijima and Sakusa? 

Hmm, nice.

" Sorry for wrapping my legs around your torso, I'm just a hugger." I blushed in embarrassment as I adverted my eyes.

" It's fine." He said. He helped me get down and I thanked him and we talked a little bit more. Sakusa then came up and he greeted Ushijima and he greeted him back. We all kept talking to the Shiratorizawa team members and got all their numbers. I was put into a group chat with other players int he gym. Sakusa walked up shortly and greeted Ushijima and they seem to be happy that they get to play against each other for more than one time. He was a bit closer to Ushijima and I compared to the other team members.

Sakusa's POV:

Earlier, I saw Kiko hugged Wakatoshi and it some how temps me to go over there and protect her. Why? That the only thing I don't get. Why am I tempted? Am I missing something?

I went over to Wakatoshi and Kiko causally, well trying to at least. Trying to not care, or glance at her every fe seconds I hear her talk or laugh.

" Hey Sakusa." She greeted me as I nodded and I greeted Wakatoshi as well trying not to get jealous about a girl that isn't even mine yet.

I inch closer to her every fe moment until I gently placed a hand on the small of her back. I looked at Kiko who's face is pretty red, and I think Wakatoshi noticed as well.

" Kiko, do you wanna go to lunch now?" I ask her and with her gorges face she happily nodded. 

" See ya later Ushijima-san!" Kiko waved as he nodded.

" Bye Wakatoshi, see later." I said as he also nodded at that. I wrapped my hand around her waist tightly but gently. I pulled her close to me so the guys on the other teams don't harass her like yesterday. Kiko still looks pretty flustered and I smile to my self thinking I might have a chance with her since she's not pulling away.

Your POV:

OMG! Sakusa is actually touching me!!! Ekk! I want to stay in this position as along as I can before we have to sadly pull apart.

When we sat down at lunch, he let go of my waist but still touched me on the thigh with his non dominant hand. I squealed in delight in my thoughts as I try not to look so red. I glance over at Sakusa to see if he is flustered but he looks like he has a smirk on his face while he eats. 

I wonder why he has a smirk instead of his usual frown? Hmm interesting.

Later that night, Sakusa and I walk back to our dorms with Komori. He and I already showered which I'm sure he loved the fact that I was clean.

" Okay, good night boys! Sleep tight." I smiled and winked at the two just to play with them a bit and closed the door.

Sakusa's POV:

Did she just wink at me? Was it only for me or was it for Komori as well? Wait, was it only for Komori? Man I'm over thinking this tiny gesture too much. I entered our room and went to take a shower.

I'm such a simp.

" Yeah you are!" Komori shouted from outside the bathroom. 

Damn. He heard that! I thought I said that quietly or in my mind.
