"Lucia!" Marcus shouted from the cottage.
"Yes father?" Lucia yelled back as she walked down to him.
"I'm going out stay here." He told her.
"Yes sir." She said. Marcus just walked out of the house with a smirk. Lucia just sat down on the floor looking down thinking. "I wish i can go outside." She mumbled looking down. Lucia has been inside the cottage for as long as she could remember she really wanted to go outside like the other kids but just couldn't. She looked out the door at everyone else before going to clean. By the time she finished Marcus walked in the house partially drunk. She sat down on the floor on the side watching waiting. "Welcome home father." Lucia said.
"Shut up Lucia." he told her drunk. She looked down falling into silence. He looked at her with a twisted smile. "You're coming with me." he told her.
"Where are we going?" she asked partially scared.
"You'll see in a bit. Don't pack your things cause you won't need them anymore." he told her. The two walked out into the town heading to the camels he had prepared on the side. With ease she got on her camel only to end up waiting on her father. Once he was on the camel they both rode off into the desert.
Meanwhile in Nasaf, Dastan was getting ready to go back to looking for their daughter while Annabeth looked out a window scared for her. She looked at Dastan scared and broken. "Dastan what if she's dead?" She asked looking down.
"She's not. I promise. I won't stop till she's back home safe. Don't worry love she'll be okay." He told her. She nodded her head understanding while he started walking to the door.
"You be careful as well." She said still worried.
"I will." He replied. He walked out the room and out of the castle heading out to the desert.
