"How are we gonna tell her" jaeden asked. "What if she doesn't believe us" he constantly asked questions. "She has to, we have the evidence, we will tell her tomorrow she is probably asleep, but before you leave let's get a drink inside" Finn insists.

Finn opens the door and let's jaeden in. He shuts the door to turn around and see Alex walking down the stairs. "Your awake?" Finn asked surprised.

"I Uhm just got up I had put Grayson to sleep awhile ago and ended up falling asleep with him, what are you guys up to?" She asked yawning after. Jaeden looks over making eye contact with Finn. "We gotta talk"

"I know I know it sounds insane, but look Grayson will meet his dad and don't have to worry and you can raise Grayson together just like you wanted"

She stared at the wall with no words to say. She turned and look at them, a tear falling down her cheek. "How do you know it's true, and it's not just bullshit, if this is a joke it's not funny" she wiped her tear away. "We never saw him get shot, we didn't see the body Alex how could you of anyone not believe it" Finn asked in confusion. "Years ago this would have been the best news you have ever heard" he frowned. "That was 4 years ago Finn, things change" she frowned looking down.

"I know how this sounds Alex, but we're your family, we are all we have, and jack could be apart of this again. Just like old times" jaeden said grabbing ahold of her hand.

She looked at Finn. There was hope in his eyes. "Fine" she grinned.

The next day..

"Chase said every now and then he sees him at the bridge. But that's only at night so if we want to chance that then we will have to wait awhile, but chase has also gave us other locations he could be" Finn explained. "I say we split up" Wyatt suggested. "I'll go with Alex" Finn said.

"I'm not gonna say I fully believe you" Alex said with her hands in her pockets while she watched as she took steps. "Oh you will" Finn said glancing at her. "You will when you see his face, but I understand, I didn't fully believe when I first heard it too" he grinned.

"What am I gonna do" Alex asked. Finn looked at her confused. "What do you mean." She shook her head. "If he is alive I don't even know what I'm suppose to do,  you know all I wanted was something this to happen awhile ago, but my life had changed and maybe so has his and I don't know how I'm gonna just let him back in right as I'm really starting to heal. I can't be broken again, I'm a mom and I need take care of my son, how am I gonna tell Grayson" her voice started to panic and tears started to flood her eyes. She started breaking down and couldn't help but stop it. "Hey, hey, hey" Finn said as he wrapped his arms around her. "It's gonna be ok, I know it's lot but we will get through it, we always do remember" he smiled looking into her eyes. "We're family and family needs to be there for each other, I'm gonna be here the whole time" he grinned. "I ain't gonna no where" he chuckled. "And even if I'm not here, I'm always here" he set his hand on her heart. She smiled. "Thank you" she said and wiped her tears.

"He could be anywhere" jaeden groaned. "How do we know we're in the right place?" He asked. "We don't know" Wyatt says.

They hear something fall behind them, quickly they turn around. Jaeden pulls his blade out of his pocket and looks at Wyatt. "I'll go see"

He quietly walks towards. He groaned at what he seen. "It's just a cat" he frowned. He puts his knife back in his pocket and walks back. Wyatt laughed. "Shut up" jaeden shook his head. "Let's just wait till sun down. It's the best chance we have" jaeden suggests. "Why you scared the cats are gonna get ya" Wyatt grinned. "I can't with you"

"I think you should tell him" Finn says putting his hand on Alex's shoulder. "We who an hour then we're going back out" Wyatt says. Alex took a breath. "Grayson, baby where are you, mommy and you gotta have a little chat"

"BoO!" Grayson shouts popping out from behind the couch. Alex pretended to get scared and jumped "ahhh you got me" she giggled. Grayson laughed. "Come here" she said picking him up.

She sat down on the couch with Grayson in her lap. "What's wrong mommy" Grayson asked with a frown. She looked over at Finn. Finn nodded at her, she knew it was time.

"Remember that night that you asked about having a daddy" she asked. He nodded. "Why did you ask" she wondered.  "My friend at school said his dad got him his favorite toy and we played with it together, he said what did your dad get you and I said I don't have one" he looked down. "Baby everyone has a daddy, I have one, aunt Sadie has one, so does jaeden" he looked up. "Does finny have one" she giggled. "Yes even finny has one, but you also have one, but you just haven't met him" she frowned.

"When can I meet him?" He asked. She shrugged. "I don't know baby, sometime soon" she says giving him a kiss on the forehead. "Where has daddy been?" Grayson asked. Alex's heart sank. She couldn't tell him what really happened.

"I know where he's been" Finn jumped in. "Daddy's been on adventure someone no one knows, but we got a letter he is on his back home, just to see you and mommy" Finn grinned. "Really" Grayson says. Finn nodded. "Now all we have to do is wait for him to get here." "Do you know when" he says. "Nope no one knows yet"

Alex grinned. "Hopefully soon" she whispered.
