Season 3 Episode 2: The Kids Are Alright pt 1
I was in the motel that Dean had pulled over at. The boys are at some diner, getting dinner. They had asked me if I wanted to come but I opted out so I could do some research without dean bombarding me with questions. I was currently on Sam's laptop, looking at everything about doppelgangers and phoenixes. I currently had a website that had doppelgangers in big bold letters. I started reading down the page.
'Doppelgangers are people who look exactly like past generations. The blood of a doppelganger can be used to link supernatural beings with help of magic conducted by any witch.'
I was about to read on when the motel door swung open, revealing the boys. I quickly closed out of the tab, closing the computer. Sam walked over to me with a bag of food in his hand and handed it over to me, eyeing the now closed computer. I grabbed the food from his hand and thanked him. He just gave me the 'we'll talk about this later' look.
"We're going to Cicero Indiana," Sam told me, sitting in the chair next to me, grabbing the closed computer and opening it back up. I watch as he goes to the latest search thing. I leaned over the table to close out of his tabs. He leaned away from me, pulling the computer with him. I start slapping his shoulder to get him to stop but I lean too far and fall out of the chair. Sam was chuckling at me while I just sat there, glaring at him. "God, I hate you," I told the tall man who burst out laughing when I said that. Sam and I had gotten closer over the past few weeks. He was trying to help me with the research, trying to find my family, if I even had any left. I heard Dean clear his throat, looking between Sam and I.
"When did you guys become buddy buddy," he asked us.
Sam and I shot each other a look before Sam answered," while you've been out hooking up with girl, Maddy and I have been hanging out, trying to find her family."
Dean gave us a nod and whispered 'oh'. He then walked over to me and held a hand up for me to grab which I did. He hoisted me up so I was on my own two feet now.
"So, why are we going to Indiana," I asked the two men.
"Dean has an old fling here and what's to go. I mean there was a man that fell on his own power saw," Sam told me to which I nodded at. "I told him we could check it out."
Dean rolled his eyes at Sam's statement and said, "I didn't ask for permission. I told you about it. I was going to go anyway."
We pulled up to Cicero Pines Motel in Cicero, Indiana. Dean had stopped to let Sam and I out but when I went to get out of the car, Dean grabbed my forearm. I was sitting in the backseat so it was kind of an awkward position. I gave him a confused look.
