On the other side of town, Zeph was just getting cussed out by her mother for something she had no control over.
" So you telling me you couldn't have cleaned up the house before we got back" Her mother Beth said pointing at her boyfriend of the week.
" I wasn't here either but Ill clean it, " Zeph said.
She in fact wasn't at home due to her being with someone she was talking to. She was tired of the same stuff over and over again. It was a cycle of her mother bringing different males over every week. And she was disgusted.
" HURRY THE FUCK YOU. " She heard her mother yell which made her start cleaning faster.
After an hour of cleaning she was done and the house smelt like bleach and fabuloso.
" Alright, thank you even though it should've been done before I got home. Here is some money I made tonight. Love you be safe. I'll be back and make sure this house still looks the same" Beth said making her way out of the house.
Zeph didn't say anything. She was tired of living in this house, it was tiring. She had enough saved up to get her a house she just needed a little more. It was all slowly coming together, she just needed more time.
She decided since she would be linking with her friends in a little she could take a nap.
She was soon about to go to sleep but she heard her phone started ringing waking her up.
She grabbed her phone and pressed the green answer icon.
"Hello," She said sounding sluggish.
" Wassup mamas. You sleep? You didn't text me that you made it home safe " He said.
"Oh yeah sorry. I had to clean up for my mama. And yeah, I was on my way to sleep. " She said.
"Oh, ight. Text me when you wake up. 1K" He said before hanging up.
And after that, she was out like a light.
