"We should go. I need to find Jisoo. I've kept her waiting for too long."
Jungkook nodded and led me back to the main hall. I scanned the ocean of people, but I couldn't find the person I was looking for.
"Jungkook?" I patted his shoulder, eyes still fixed on the crowd, "Do you see her anywhere?"
"I don't." Jungkook mumbled, scanning the venue like a hawk, "Call her."
"Uhh..." my eyes narrowed at the male.
"Right, you still haven't bought her a phone even though we're living in the 21st century." Jungkook deadpanned.
My heart began racing. To find out that she was missing was about to make me combust.
"Let's search for her. I'll go this way, you go that way. I'll call you if I find her and you do the same."
Jungkook nodded and ran the opposite direction while I began searching towards the entrance of the building.
"Hi, Mr Kim. It's so nice to meet y-"
"Nice to meet you too."
I pushed through the bodies that were trying to obstruct my path in order to introduce themselves to me. Nope, I had better things to do right at this moment.
A sigh of relief left my lips when I saw the stern-looking female standing by the door.
"Noona!" I sprinted towards her before stopping a few feet away from her, "Have you seen Jisoo?"
"Yeah. She just left a moment ago. She looked too tired for some rea-"
"Did she go alone?"
"No." Jaehee shrugged, "I saw her going with Park Jimin."
"You're kidding."
"Why would I-"
I ran out of the place as fast as I could to be able to catch up with Jisoo and Jimin.
By the time I got down, my patience had run out and my legs were faster than ever. An extra push of adrenaline coursed through me when I finally saw the fresh-cut mop of black hair walking towards the exit along with a man who was obviously the new fiend of my story.
