There won't always be a hand
to lift you when you fall
Your own strength is all you have
you should be standing tall
They'll keep pushing
deeper down the dark
but you can do it
You can light up a spark
Your greatest strength
your will is your way
None of the struggles
come to stay
Nothing is beyond
endeavour and hope
As long as you believe
there will always be a way to cope
Valerie believes that if she keeps trying she can become better, she believes that every moment is an opportunity to learn something new, and reach a higher level of ourself as long as we can keep moving on.
