The
black bark
on that dark
evening, cold like
your heart, coated in
a layer of snow, like
a frozen cocoon for you
to bury your fears inside, I
watched you then, as I do now, will you
let me melt away your troubles?
Or will your cold tempered ways
forever reamin in
your hollowed out heart?
I hope it thawes
when the
seasons
change.
