(WARNING: THIS CHAPTER SHOWS THE SELF-HARM AND SUICIDE ATTEMPTS BILL MADE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE READING ABOUT THAT STUFF, SKIP THIS CHAPTER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!)

He wakes up in the middle of the night, his depression at its very worst. He grabs his pocket knife and sits on the floor. He proceeds to make a deep cut on his arm. He bandages it and cleans the knife quickly and goes back to sleep. The next morning he has a green hoodie over his tee and walks to school. Will by his side. They get there and Skara goes to talk to him. After a while, they all go to class. The teachers make an announcement about an event to show off magic items that they made. The top three have a chance at a scholarship, but the winner also gets a cash prize. Will is already thinking of what to make. He plans to win it all. But Bill has no plan of participating. He tells Skara and finds out she has no plan of participating either. They both giggle. They recieve their graded tests back and someone behind Bill and Skara see Bill's grade. They start bullying him for it so Skara shuts him up. But it was too late, their words started Bill's depression again. After class, he goes to his locker. Only to be bullied and have hate comments thrown at him constantly by three quarters of the school. This only made things worse. Will noticed and tried to calm Bill down, but nothing worked. Skara tried, but he just ran off to the bathroom to cry. He sat there crying. He then made another deep cut next to the one he made overnight and bandaged it up. He cleaned the knife and went to his next class. During the class, he kept silent. Skara kissed his cheek and sat next to him. Bill smiled but deep down, he was hurting emotionally. During lunch, people were still bullying him for running off to cry. He left the cafeteria and sat outside. He decides to wait until he got home before he did anything. The school day ended early because of a terrible storm. He and Skara talked and then went home. Bill walked in looking sad, Will walked in and went to his room. His dad noticed Bill was sad. Instead of helping him, he made it worse by yelling at him. Bill started to cry and he tried to hold back the tears.

"Seriously Bill?! Your about to cry again?! This shows that your not a real Cipher! Not even in the slightest! All you are is just a big crybaby! Thats all you will ever be!" He yelled.

He then began to beat Bill again. Worstening the bruises he already had. At this point, Bill has had enough of life. He was tired of the pain, he was tired of hurting, he just wanted to be... happy for once. Night fell, everyone was asleep, except Bill. He grabbed an even sharper knife and stabbed himself in the chest. It was a deep stab, but he managed to gather the energy to wrap it. Then he went to his bed and passed out. While passed out, he was seeing a triangular form. Turns out, his dad was haunting his dreams.

"Son, I hope you know that nobody will ever love you, your worthless!" His dad said.

Bill woke up the next morning and went to school. He had bruises all over his body, two cuts on his left arm, and a stab wound that he healed with his magic before school. But this time, he hid somewhere in the school. He told Skara what he was doing. He didn't even show up for lunch. The school day ends, and he sneaks off to home. He walks in but the school already called saying he was missing. Bill was snatched and dragged to the basement.

"SKIPPING SCHOOL?! THIS IS WHAT YOUR DOING NOW?! CIPHERS DON'T DO THIS. I SWEAR YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST! NO WONDER NOBODY LOVES YOU!" His dad yelled at him, using more words worse than that.

Bill just sat there, chained up. His dad began beating him, hitting harder than ever before. Bill was just staying quiet. Morning came, he was still being beaten. When it was time for Bill to go, he threw him outside. Bill landed on the sidwalk hard, but got up and walked. Will was worried for him, but stayed silent. Bill and Will went to their lockers. Skara went to Bill and gave him a huge hug. Bill smiled, but can't forget what his dad told him. Those words are stuck in his head, and would be for a very long time.
